Great Chatbot Creation Tool

I've been exploring Cloozo for a few months to boost customer support on my websites. While not the most attractive, the platform's interface is user-friendly and straightforward, making it accessible for those without technical expertise. Setting it up was easy, thanks to helpful documentation.

My main task was uploading product guides and articles. Impressively, Cloozo's chatbots responded accurately to queries from these documents, even handling thirty medical books of over 1000 pages each without any performance issues.

Initially, I faced a minor character handling issue, but Cloozo's support, particularly Aman, quickly and efficiently resolved it. Initially using GPT-3.5 and later the gpt-4-1106-preview model, the chatbots were responsive and precise.

Cloozo is easy to set up, though some aspects, like the optional Pinecone integration, can be technical.
My overall experience has been positive, with the platform excelling in ease of use, data management, and AI performance. While improvements like API integration and interface design would be beneficial,
I recommend Cloozo for integrating AI chatbots into digital strategies, especially for customer support.

If you're an agency (or freelancer) who offers website design or digital marketing services, you should really take a look at Cloozo. You can very easily take your clients information, upload it into the bot and they have a live 24/7 customer support chat feature on their website. It really is that easy to set up.

I've recently started using it and can't wait to begin offering it to my clients, it's going to add a lot of value to our offering! They have an active Discord too and development has progressed well even in the short time I've been a user, keep up the great work Cloozo team!

Buying Cloozo was a great decision. I've purchased many different LTD chatbot platforms and Cloozo stands out as the only LTD chatbot platform that lets me train chatbots using CSV files. There are other platforms that also CSV training, but I haven't found one with an LTD and they are usually pretty expensive monthly in comparison.

Besides CSV files, Cloozo can be trained using other file types, website links and is integrating third-party platforms soon for training.

They have great instructions and videos for setting up and adding the necessary keys for both OpenAI and Pinecone. They also have you set up separate keys for each chatbot you build. That is something I have found rare on most chatbot platforms. Usually, I have been able to only use one key for every chatbot. That kept me from being able to use different OpenAI accounts to have billing in separate accounts.

The process to get and add the keys for OpenAI and Pinecone was quick and training my chatbot was super easy. I had a trained bot on my website in less than an hour after signing up for Cloozo. Excellent product.

Cloozo is a great chatbot solution that can be set up literally in minutes without using any code (except the embed code, but that is generated for you :)

You can use your own ChatGPT-API and Pinecone account (both very easy to set up) which makes it a chatbot with nearly no limitations. You also have no limits concerning the upload of materials to train your bot (possible per website links, PDFs and more).

Support is great and responds within minutes on their Discord server. In fact I had a problem with setup (don't use special characters of other languages in the prompt and you'll be fine ;) - this was solved in minutes and the bot was good to go.

Implementation of the bot was easy and with enough settings to personalize the appearance to your brands needs.

Its great to play with it and check the results of the output - which seem great so far.

The roadmap is full of improvements to come so it will be great to see the further evolvement of the product.

Cloozo is a clear thumbs-up chatbot solution for everyone - starting from small businesses to big corporations.

I jumped on the Cloozo after being intrigued by its promise of easy bot setup and generous plans. 
The documentation was refreshingly clear and concise, unlike some platforms that feel like they're prepping you for rocket science boot camp.
The setup was a swift 5-10 minutes, though I did have to sign up for a Pinecone account. I had a minor hiccup when my bot played hide-and-seek post-setup, but a quick email to support sorted it out in no time (they responded in 11 minutes; that’s about as much time as it took my test bot to show up). The platform is user-friendly, and its offerings for subscription tiers are quite generous, to say the least.

In conclusion, Cloozo is a promising AI chatbot platform with a few quirks. The support is proactive, and the platform's offerings are hard to beat. It's definitely worth considering for those diving into the chatbot world.
