Overall, Closers.io provided a ton of value. They helped me hire my first closer, who ramped up quickly and hit KPI within a month — he’s now closing around $80K/month. Their recruiting process is excellent and clearly one of their strongest areas.

On the coaching side, there’s a lot of depth. They offer great training materials, office hours, and support systems. My account manager, Elizabeth, has been awesome to work with — very responsive and helpful.

The only challenge I ran into was that it can sometimes be hard to schedule 1-on-1s, and the program does require a high level of self-motivation to extract the full value. But if you’re serious and willing to put in the work, it’s totally worth it.

I enrolled in their $15,000 program with the expectation of receiving dedicated support, including a sales closer for my business. However, after just two months, I was removed from all their programs without any explanation or fulfillment of the promised services.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with them. There are many capable professionals available online who work on a commission basis and deliver real value. Unfortunately, this program felt more like a sales pitch than a genuine service. It’s important to do your research before investing, as my experience with them turned out to be a costly disappointment.

I’ve spent over $1m in coaching and masterminds in my business journey. Since 2013 when I started coaching agents I’ve tried everything to scale and nothing worked. Closers.io brought so many missing pieces together for me and allowed me to drive traffic to a high converting VSL and hire/train closers to bring in new clients like clockwork. They also trained me how to lead a sales team which was a skill I was lacking. If you want to scale your coaching, this is the best all inclusive coaching I’ve ever experienced.

We've recently started working with them and are incredibly happy so far. It's a very hands on and engaged approach, feels very much like a partnership. Definitely feel we are in great hands and the most excited about our future I have been since running into the real life challenges of launching a start-up!

Everything they promised they delivered all around. Show rates are up, sales are closing at a higher rate. The way I was able to skip the line and do everything right out of the gate was amazing.

Only thing I can say is that Matej from Closers.io is absolutely incredible, always on point with the guidance he gives us. It feels good to know that the person guiding you walked the path that you're going on now. No sugarcoated feedback, straight up advice, just the way it should be.

Closers Account management style and their repository of Knowledge and information is next to none and is something that brings huge value when you are trying to super charge your business , the support is provided at all levels which is very much un heard of , they truly want you to learn where you dont have to be dependent on anyone else for growth and long term success.

I had spent thousands of dollars and untold months working with other providers, but got nowhere with my scripts and videos to generate leads. I cannot tell you how awesome it is to work with Closers. Precise, focused, knowledgeable, and when I get stuck, they come to my rescue. I'm finally now filming ads. I love my ads. We are now editing and soon will be launching. I've never been this far in the process before. I'll come back to write another review once my ads are hitting the market and we're generating leads. Overpromise, underdeliver. I'm assuming that's the internal motto for Closers.IO / STA. If you're looking to burn thousands of dollars as quickly as possible for the least amount of value you can find, look no further.

I was convinced by the sales team that I would have a knowledgeable account exec and that I would see 40+ appointments roll in PER month. Well, a 3 month contract, 10s of thousands of dollars, and a grand total of 4 qualified appointments later, I can say that they were dreaming.

Slow to respond to questions, terrible at writing copy and no regard for compliance or integrity. I'm not sure that I would recommend this service to my worst enemy if I had a gun to my head. With the amount of money I spent on this service, I was expecting a high level of competence and support. In retrospect, I never should have gave them a dime and could have spent that money on almost anything else to get more value.

I could go on and on about the specifics of poor communication and negligible support but I'll just leave it at the fact that I got absolutely ripped off, and frankly it was my fault for believing the slick sales guy.
Bottom line is that they deliver the absolute bare minimum possible to not be considered a scam, which is a shame because then you could at least get your money back.

Horrible service. They only care about money and not helping their clients. I don't understand how they can take pride in taking my money and not helping. On top of the cost of the program I also had lost $3,000 to facebooks ads that didn’t work at all! Do not hire these guys! Get everything in writing for your attorney!

Please be thorough. To me, this company was very scammy. Closer.io pitched me a $10,000 program for the sales side. I ALMOST paid for it and I’m glad I did not. I found a link on Cole’s instagram that took me directly to his video and offered me the exact same training for only $1000! Exact- looked EXACTLY the same. The only difference was, I didn't have a dedicated person throughout my training. NOW the WORST part about me even paying the $1000 - the agreement apparently only gives you 12 months access to the program. Then you get locked out! That means whether you pay 10k or 1k you only have 12 months access and then you lose it. I have gone back and forth with their customer service. It’s very misleading the way they say only 12 month access to COMMUNITY- not sales program- but it is all on one platform, so again, misleading. Anyways, if you are coming here to see if its a good idea to move forward - DONT pay the 10k , it is not worth it. It’s worth $1000 but NOT for only 12 month access. (Im not yelling, I’m emphasizing words)

You can honestly learn this same material by reading a few books. But my honest feedback for you is, research research research. If you are okay with paying a crazy amount of money and then getting locked out of the program after your 12 months is up, go for it. Learn the lesson I unfortunately learned. But I would not recommend closers.io

I’m a medSpa and signed up with closers. I was originally set up with one person then was switched to another account manager. They have SO much content it’s overwhelming. They have daily calls, but if you don’t have time during the day you can’t be on them. I talked to my AM 2x on zoom other than that, he just sent me videos to watch. If I had a question he would just send me another video to watch. They promised an ad up in 2weeks at 6 weeks I still wasn’t ready. I did everything they asked. Watched everything. Terrible. I sent an email
The the guy who I boarded me and he talked to my AM, but never responded to me. Maybe they are good with coaching- I would absolutely NOT recommend using them for a medSpa. Not helpful. Then my AM left. Waste of money. And when I went to actually launch my ad-the guy had no clue I was a brick and mortar. No customer service to reach out to.

Closers.io helped transform my business model! My coach, Phil Hall, went above and beyond to make sure I was successful despite me not having any high ticket sales experience. It felt like he was as invested as I was. He's also super genuine. The marketing advice from the team, trainings and process helped us achieve results in the promised amount of time. I'm very happy with the decision I made to work with them and would highly recommend them to others looking to create a high ticket sales business model and scale from there.

I invested $10,000 into Closer.io’s Remote Closing Academy, and I deeply regret it. The training itself was decent, but the promises made were not delivered. As part of the coaching program, you're promised a pipeline to secure a high-ticket closing job, but after your first attempt, you’re left to fend for yourself. They stop treating you as a priority and provide no meaningful help in securing a role.

Even worse, after just one year, my access to their training and coaching programs was cut off. So, you spend $10K, and after a year, you're left without the resources you paid for. There are so many other sales training programs out there that offer better value and results at a fraction of the cost. Do not fall for their promises!

I scheduled a meeting well in advance and received multiple reminders, including just minutes before the scheduled time. However, no one showed up to the call, leaving me waiting unnecessarily. Despite reaching out twice for clarification, I never received a response—yet they had no problem flooding my inbox with emails. This experience felt highly unprofessional and unreliable. Respect your customers' time and take responsibility when things go wrong. I won’t be doing business with them again.

The coaches in Closers.io and the curriculum are absolutely gold! Highly recommend anyone thats an educator, coach, agency, or small business to look into what they have to offer to increase sales or build your team. My coach Dave Davidson delivers nothing but value and seeing business from another angle. You wont be disappointed
