Ultrabow oh yeah, this toy is fun fun, love the different strokes and speed. This a great toy to let loose on ya. I played with it almost everyday, great for edging and having pleasure hands free. Usually not a fan of fleshjacks or this type but this one blew my mind and hit all the right spots. Definitely a highly recommend.

All items arrived as expected but tracking information never updated to show movement so it was disconcerting trying to manage arrival to an urban porch where theft is common. Tracking should be better. When inquiry responded, the package arrived same afternoon.

The website did not clearly state that the order would be sent from California — I was aiming to purchase from what appeared to be a Canadian based company to my Canadian address. Closet should be more transparent about the location they operate from.

Although I paid for express shipping (3-5 days, it took about 12 days). The parcel was handled by 2 companies and stopped at customs, which made tracking overly complicated.

Customer service was friendly, but wasn't a big help in the situation.

Until the parcel finally reaches your door you have no way to know if custom fees will be required at delivery.

All the items were wonderful, but there was not much communication after the order was placed. The next communication about the order occurred several weeks later when they could finally fill the order.

Teo weeks after ordering multiple items I hadn't received any status on when I would receive items. contacted Closet who informed me that one of the items ordered two weeks earlier was unavailable, but there's a mediocre substitute available. I approved the substitute and waited at least another ten days before all items arrived. In these days of receiving items same day or next day, 3 - 4 weeks delivery time is poor performance. I ordered on Dec. 3rd, 2024, received items on Dec. 30, 2024. wow

Terrible customer service and they are located in the US. Shop local and avoid this untrustworthy company. They delay shipments and have hidden fees. Hope this helps others.

Great, quality toys which I am highly satisfied with, as well as deals that have helped me to afford them. If anything, my one complaint would be that Standard Shipping has tended to take longer than was advertised.
