Good website
Baby due in March so I haven't used the prodcts yet but delivery was fast and efficient, I found the website very user friendly and like that you can earn points. After lots of research in cloth nappy prices I find cloth boxed products to be well priced.

Easy and helpful
Love cloth boxed's website. It's so easy to navigate and has loads of info on products. Stocks a good range of nappies. Order arrived quickly with minimal packaging. I'll definitely be using again.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, I can’t fault them, Hermes lost my parcel and refused to take responsibility, but Alex at Clothboxed sorted it out promptly and issued a refund so I was able to reorder my items (through Royal Mail this time). Their customer service is second to none and the matter was dealt with promptly and professionally. Thank you clothboxed and I shall definitely be returning in the future!

Great site to buy eco friendly swaps from.
Great service on the 3 orders I have made with them. The owner is lovely and very helpful. Is willing to help when I wanted pictures of a product and swapped a product when I had made an error when ordering. Quick delivery and well packaged products too.
