I reached out clothessa once my items had been out for delivery for over a month. The tracking site track678 showed that my items were located at a sorting center in my town. Reach out again requesting items such as the American shipping number, who their partner in the U.S. is, and they just continued to send me the same tracking information until I told them they needed to respond or I was going to contact my bank and have them reverse the charge. Then they were in all sorts of an uproar to get bar moving on the shipping company. However my order NEVER arrived. Contacted the company again they offered to reship my items. Ok maybe it did get lost. Doubtful but hey let’s try this again. And again the items showed delivered, yet again no order. Contacted the company again and they offered me a 75% refund on my order. Which I openly replied I paid for 100% of product and received 0% of product. I screen shot all emails/threads and shipping info for my bank to see because I did a review search on the company and their shipping partner to find that people are being scammed by this company and the shipping company.

This is a scam site. I placed an order never received it they claimed to send a duplicate of course that one never came either! Ask for a refund numerous times was told it would process in 30 days that was 3 months ago. I don’t know how these sites are even allowed to be established and now what no order, no money! I am so furious there should be some way to hold this group of people accountable!! This is a crime money has been stolen and with true intent and malice. What is anyone doing about this company???? I still see the website! Arrest and prosecute these criminals!!!

They are a total scammers!!!!! It Says my order was delivered but it was not… I received NOTHING! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! It is not right to do this to anyone!

SCAM!! Steal your credit card info. No real products. Very sad to be robbed this way. Any contact info on page comes back undeliverable.

Sadly, the comments are true. The only difference I have is I do receive communication back. After two failed attempts, they are only willing to give me a partial refund to my original payment (which was closed due to fraudulent activity) because they had the clothes on sale. Checked their website today and their clothes are marked low. Please don't buy from this company. I will be working with my bank and reporting this company.

Items purchased "shipped", but didn't for weeks. Then when they did, the tracking was sketchy at best. Item never manifested on domestic United States shipping company tracking, only on foreign 3rd party tracking. Shipping updates were fraudulent. Dont buy from them unless you like giving donations to communist countries.

Never received package ordered.

SCAM. DO NOT BUY

I was enticed by an ad on Instagram offering Judy Blue jeans on Clearance for incredible prices (during a midnight scrolling session) and took the bait. The communication was quick and though the order did not ship as quickly as promised, I did receive a shipping confirmation and a link to a very vague tracking site showing very vague updates. It showed that my shipment was at some sorting or distribution warehouse in my local town with a completely different zip code, and eventually, the link showed the package was "Delivered" to the correct town, but the same wrong zipcode.
I emailed the company who replied the same day, apologizing for the error and offering to reship. I again took the bait, and asked them to make sure they had the correct address. They responded quickly and assured me they did (but showed no confirmation). Of course, the same tracking link was provided and when they order showed as DELIVERED (this time without a town or zip code shown), I let them know it had NOT arrived. At this time, they apologized again, but told me that since they had lost so much in shipping, they could only offer a 70% refund.
I don't think this is a real company. I feel so stupid. I'm too old to have known better but too young to be this naive. Lesson learned, but I'm so angry that people can scam others so easily. :(

TOTAL SCAM! COMPANY, SHIPPING ALL OF IT!

I tried to order $50 worth of items and my credit card wouldn’t accept the website as legitimate. After reading the reviews I’m glad it didn’t. For those who made orders which wasn’t delivered, dispute the charge to your bank. Don’t depend on the site to refund your money.

You don’t even deserve a one star. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. As everyone says this company is a scam and you’ll never receive any of your items you ordered and I can’t even find a phone number to call to even get a refund. I recommend nobody order from this company.

When I ordered my items off of the Tic Toc shop it said it was Judy Blue. Once I placed the order it came up as Clothessa. It gave shipping info but never seemed to move locations. When I emailed them it would suddenly change locations until finally after around a month and a half, it said it was delivered. It was never delivered and I have emailed them multiple times and they said they would send me a refund. I have never received a refund or the product. This is definitely a fraudulent business. Buyer Beware! I hope they get caught for being a scam!

Never received ordered. Tracking was provided however it was vague. Was suppose to recieve a replacement order, this package was also never received. How can companies keep allowing these scanners to operate

Scam Scam Scam - Buyer beware. They take your order, your money, then it takes weeks upon weeks, with a fake shipment which reports that it was delivered when it never was. I've emailed them multiple times for help and got no response. DO NOT BUY FROM CLOTHESSA!

I never received my order They sent me two fake tracking numbers but no merchandise.

Received notification that the delivery was made at my home and to my surprise there was no delivery. I reached out to the shipper track 17 and they came back and blamed the seller for using them to deliver my package. This company is a joke. I demand that they send me a refund. This is just so annoying after waiting a month for the delivery. This is a copy of the email I received from the shipper.

My sister ordered products from this company sadly the day after she ordered it she passed away . I contacted the company to stop the order explaining that my sister had passed she made the order I have no idea who it was going to end was told they couldn't . They said you order had already been processed and if they stopped it it would result in them having to destroy the items .
They agreed to issue a partial refund upon arrival . The order was made October 15th it was sent October 16th 2025 . Today is November 18th 2025 I have tracked this package supposedly it was delivered . I know this to be a lie because nothing has arrived from this company . There are packages delivered from UPS and FedEx I've asked my postman if he has seen it nothing . I went to the post office and said is it possible you can track this , they looked at the number and said we can't track this this isn't a postal number . He tried to Google it nothing came up . I looked up this company and was astonished to find so many dissatisfied customers who not only are in the same boat not having received their package or a refund . I sent the company a message telling them this is what's going to happen you're going to make this right or I'm filing fraud charges against your company the bank will take care of it .
I'm waiting for a reply . It's very disheartening when companies cheat people out of their hard-earned money and it's even worse when they cheat people who have passed . I can't settle my sister's estate because of an outstanding balance once this is resolved hopefully I can put an end to all of this .
I wish I'd have known sooner who this company was and how unreliable they are , I would have told her very quickly not to do this because they're not a reputable company .
It should never take a month for a package to be delivered . People please be aware of who you do business with don't do business with these people because you're paying for nothing .
This company should be put out of business !
