Ordered a jumper and due to a supplier issue I received the wrong one. Despite the initial disappointment the customer service I received afterwards was 5 star. I got in touch via Instagram and we managed to arrange to get the jumper returned and a refund sorted. Great customer service and 100% trustworthy. I would be happy to order again in the future.

I had a mixed experience with ClothingCloset. They offer pretty good prices and quick delivery, and I even got a speedy exchange when I had an issue with the size of a jumper. However, while the customer service was decent, it didn't quite meet the top-notch levels some others have mentioned. Overall, it's a reliable place to shop if you're looking for decent prices and prompt service, but I think there's room for some improvement.
