I was shipped someone else’s order…
I was shipped someone else’s order entirely, UPS updated the tracking immediately as delivered, however I keep getting them same generic automated response from them saying the carrier hasn’t updated the status yet and they’d have to wait 14 days to re-ship my correct order. Unacceptable.
After this experience I realized this was my second attempt from this company to purchase this one item. The first time was on Amazon which was never even shipped!

ordered a month ago, not even close to the expected date of delivery. tried to sign in, forgot my password, was told "link would be sent to reset", no link.....still no word, no clothes, no link....nothing except the charge on my charge card....i would like to receive either an email explaining or even a link to reset my password. i guess at this point a credit for what i paid or what the actual product i ordered does not seem to be forthcoming

Ordered a 3X, not a medium!
Ordered through Amazon. Ordered a long sleeve 3x shirt. Received a short sleeve medium! Since it was for a costume in a few days, I asked that they correct their mistake quickly by sending the shirt as soon as I initiated the return rather than waiting til they receive it, process it, and get around to sending a replacement. They refused to help in any way - just essentially told me sorry, too bad, so sad.

Mistaken review
edit: Then I apologise. I seem to have followed an incorrect link which led me to you after not being able to get any contact with the company.
I ordered boots in August 2022 after seeing a Facebook advert and they still have not arrived in October. There is a link to my order and it is showing as active but no sign of a delivery and when I try to contact the company the email bounces and social media links are no longer active.
Feels like a scam to me. :(

they have women's shirts in all sizes. one time I ordered a size that was too small and they told me not to send it back. To just keep it or donate it.

Not worth the risk...
I ordered 7 t-shirts from here. Nothing crazy. Unfortunately, they shipped only one of the shirts via USPS, and the rest via Lasership. Just check Laserships reviews on here if you're curious. Not good. I got the one from USPS, but none from Lasership. They claimed the package was stolen, and they took a photo of a package far away and blurry as proof. We have never had a package stolen, so I find it very odd. They stated they would not replace the items, and that I should report it to law enforcement - LOL! Anyways, just avoid it. It is not worth it and the products are nothing special anyhow.

Shirts were fantastic
Shirts were fantastic, looked even better than we thought. The little speckles were many bright colors, but were tiny. We wanted a starfield like look and it was perfect. Also they were super soft, which we hoped for and were not disappointed.

I was taken in by the sales and the empathetic return message. $13 shipping and $13 return shipping was such a massive waste when none of the fits worked for me. I feel like those shipping rates are a little more than they should be, though I do understand that nonAmazon shipping does have cost. I wish I had just donated my items to a homeless shelter or gifted them rather than the Clothing Shop Online deducting -$13 from my return. Because it's an online store, make sure you know exactly what item, fit, size you need. I really regret buying from this website.
