They are super fast shipping and quality products

Never received my order. They didn't use my complete address, so it never arrived. I had to file a return in order to get my money back. Then they withheld the postage I paid. I wrote and left messages many times. Poor excuses. Had to go to Paypal to get the shipping fees back. Just now got posted to my paypal account. I placed my order on June 23rd and just now getting my refund. Never a "I'm sorry, we'll reship your order" or offered a discount for what I went through. Nothing. Leaving messages with them is ridiculous, they never return your call. I'll NEVER buy from them again.

In reply to the company answer, it is not true. Pablo was the same person that answered my emails from the start. The only reason I contacted PAYPAL was because they were dragging their feet & some excuse about a one of their billing deparments was down. Weeks went by and then I got a notice from PAYPAL saying they never had a response from the company and did I want to escalate it. I said yes. A week later, I had my refund. Again, never a "we would like to reship your order". You would think if you were in business and you messed up, you would reach out to to the customer to make it right. Not american standards.

So frustrated with this retailer. Ordered two hoodies and received a package of multiple plain white t-shirts with a packing slip and shipping labels that were clearly for another customer. Tried calling, couldn’t get anyone on the phone - left a couple messages, nothing. Submitted daily customer service requests through their site and FINALLY heard back, saying they wanted the confirmation info about the order I got by mistake, with no concern for my order. Then got another email back asking me to confirm my shipping address and they’d look into it with USPS (I GOT an order to my house, it just wasn’t MINE so it was not a USPS problem) and in the same email they said they’d issue me a refund if I returned my hoodies (which I never got). Seriously, are there half-baked orangutans running your customer service?!? This isn’t a complicated issue. I feel like I’m just getting the run-around and will never see my hoodies nor the ~$50 I spent on them.

I bought three times from this site and every time I got satisfied with stuff and shipping speed. I am very happy.

I ordered 421.00 worth of clothes in January . I have still never received my order, Altho money was taken out of my account immediately. It is still in “processing”. They are thief’s. Will never order from them again

I just have good things to say about this store. It’s very easy to find what you are looking for, easy to read and the costumer service it’s really nice and they speak Spanish too! What else can I ask for!
