I don’t usually leave negative reviews, as I understand that mistakes can happen. However, I can’t overlook this experience, as the service I received from Cloud9 has been appalling.
I previously had a great deal of respect for Martina, who has always done an excellent job for us. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for some members of her team, whose handling of our account has been extremely incompetent and irresponsible.
Our account was taken over by Cloud9 on the 10th of November. Rita ensured that I set up payment on the same day, yet on the 7th of December she appeared surprised and claimed she was unaware that our VAT return needed to be completed. As of today, the 19th, the situation remains unresolved: the VAT return has still not been submitted, our accounting software is now showing altered transactions, and payments are incorrectly marked as overpaid.
I find it hard to believe that this level of disorganisation and incompetence exists within a professional accounting firm. The situation has left me extremely disappointed and frankly speechless.
