CloudBeds is great, because it consolidates possibilities that other platforms have separately. This helps save time and increase bookings, together with a totally friendly platform that is easy to understand and use.

A very efficient system with all the basic functions that a hotel requires for the daily management of reservations and control at the front desk. Although they could improve in giving more options for form design as well as a better option to book multiple rooms in a single reservation through the booking engine. They are constantly updating and implementing improvements and useful developments.
The service of the staff has been very good, from the attention and follow up of the person who guided us in the onboarding process to configure according to our requirements, as well as who supported us in the design of the website with their best recommendations and contributions, to the constant attention I have had from the support team solving doubts and incidences and they do not leave you without giving you an answer. Their learning tool for use of the platform is very practical and useful to know in depth all the features offered, which helps me to analyze how to implement them according to our own operations. It does motivate you and makes you want to continue learning.
Undoubtedly it has been an excellent decision to contract with them. Highly recommended.

We have had a great experience with onboarding with cloudbeds. Raul assisted us a great deal with using the features, by organizing to our property's needs and Ashen was also amazing with guiding us through constructing own website.
Overall I give cloudbeds and the team a Big thumbs up.

I really love the company values. The product is great and they are always improving, taking consideration of the needs the clients have. Having someone to accompany you during the process of changing/adapting a system is great because they guide you through the process and it because easy.

I like the onboarding program, Ale Perez has been really helpful and she is always willing to support us when we have any doubt.
But we are having a bad experience, cloudbeds charge us An important amount for a duplicated charge claimed by a customer that didnt used cloudbeds to pay, so you didnt research and investigate the case and just charge us the amount plus a penalty. We have sent several emails even with the help of Freddy Jiménez ( Customer Success Manager) with any response from your team.

We took over a once thriving BnB. There wasn't an online presence. I mean, barely even on Airbnb. We went through the process of elimination if who to use as our PMS. It came down to two. Cloudbeds was a clear winner. We started right away. However, we had to shut down nearly 7 months for construction and didn't take that into consideration. So, we went through the process. Now open we are doing taxes outside of Airbnb so it became daunting trying to relearn what we were shown 7 months ago. In hindsight, we should have waited.
I'm saying all this because it highlights not only the stress we were going through but we didn't know who to reference back to us, who our lead was.
Thankfully, we were put in touch with our original point of contact. She was able to untangle the web, answer core questions, and put us back on track. If it weren't for Cloudbeds customer service, shout out to our OG lead, we might have jumped ship prematurely. And spun our own web. Any difficulties we were experiencing were of our own accord. They went the extra distance in making sure we understood what we were confused about. Sincerely helpful. We're good to go and glad we are staying Cloudbed customers.

Luis's support was invaluable for quickly getting acquainted with the Cloudbeds tool. Cloudbeds is a fantastic platform that we are confident will be very helpful, but it can be challenging at first. Getting used to all the features it offers may take some time, but with Luis's exceptional support and guidance during calls and emails, he undoubtedly helped us tremendously.

Claudbeds is an extremely complete platform (I used several before arriving at it) and the assistance to achieve the required results is excellent. Currently, I think I'm still using it at 65% of its capacity (my fault, there are always too many commitments) and even so, I've had a 25% increase in direct bookings.
