We had to migrate our accounts from one temp Microsoft 365 tenant to another MS 365 tenant. My local IT support could not help as he was not too familiar with the MS 365 platform. So I found Cloudbik online and hired them to perform the migration. Manoj contacted me within hours and we started planning. Soon after, they performed the migration without any disruption of services. Communication was excellent throughout the process. The Cloudbik team is very knowledgeable on the Microsoft platform. Following migration, I hired them for additional services on our new account. Again, they were very thorough and detailed, with excellent communication. I needed a Microsoft tenant-to-tenant migration done quickly. They jumped right on it and had it done within my tight timeframe. They were very clear on what they needed from me, as well as what I needed to do on my end. Very professional and a perfect Microsoft Tenant transition.

I tried to migrate my from Google workspace to Office 365 on my own. Inevitably, I got stuck, lost access to my emails, messed it all up. I stayed up all night just trying to undo my stupid mistake. Once I gained access to my emails again, I reached out to Cloudbik after seeing one of their youtube videos to have them complete the migration for me. They were very fast to respond and I was genuinely shocked at the price -- other companies charged SO much more which is why I was trying to do it myself as a new startup. They started the work right away, and they were flexible around me when I had to leave for an appointment in the middle of getting started. When he got the same error message that I had received, he knew exactly how to fix it and solve the problem. The whole process was quick and seamless and I didn't lose access to my emails at all during the migration. Even though I had given full access to my computer to complete the work, he would always ask me to open programs or files when needed, which I thought was very respectful of my privacy. I wholeheartedly recommend this service. I wish I had saved myself a night of sleep and gone straight to them!
