Extremely Poor Service both the lines and their staff

Cloudcall is a web based phone system that comes at a premium. It worked fine for a few months however, recently the lines have been terrible, they keep looping and replaying conversations and if the calls are not doing that the lines have lots of interference. I often find myself resorting to Whatsapp!

I have requested assistance from them no less than 4 times now and also tried to call them and I am still to receive any response!

When I did call I held for 20 minutes only for the call to be picked up by an Account Manager who said he had "escalated" my ticket as it should of been responded to. I have chased him twice also and am still to hear from them.

The level of service is disgusting and we are now seeking a new phone provider!
