This company is a scam - NOT a UK company. They sell you a website and then wont release it to you unless you sign up for their hosting - The company was dissolved and is not in the UK

Whilst the initial designs for our logo were good and they took into account our choices, the ‘after sales’ is non existent. We paid additional money for an IPO registration, being told that ‘after the registration we will be handing over the final files to you and soon after that no body will have any right to use that logo design…’ yet despite multiple attempts to follow up on the IPO registration, including checking with the IPO directly, no registration appears to have been made. I’ve been told that ‘there is no unique reference’ to chase up the registration as a number are sent at once, but it feels like now they’ve gotten my money, they’ve done nothing. Having sent multiple emails and messages and having been ignored, I’m now in the process of looking to take it further to recover my money. It’s a shame as the logo design was good but customer service is abysmal and I’ve not been given any proof they’ve held their end of the agreement regarding registration to date.

Update - having gone to log a small claims court case to recover my money, it appears the company dissolved in feb 2024. Explains their complete ignorance and not replying to my messages and I’m now out of pocket as unable to log a claim.

Please whatever you do - do not purchase a website through Cloud Designs Ltd (trading as Innovative Solutions London Limited). They will hook you into a great intro offer (£399 for a basic website), but then if you're not tech savvy - they will persue you to buy a Dedicated hosting server/ SSL which is no where near needed for your website as well as make you pay far more than you need. If you don't, you won't get the website and they'll start to speak to you appallingly. Whatever you do - go elsewhere

Cloud Designs are a brilliant company to work with. Their client communication is faultless, their technical knowledge is brilliant and they’re speedy at fixing any issues. Couldn’t ask for a better team!

Unfortunately, my experience with this website developer has been disappointing. Initially, we agreed on a 50% upfront payment and 50% upon completion, but issues arose when I was suddenly asked to pay the remaining amount despite the incomplete status of my website. The developer lacked initiative for months, and things took a turn for the worse when they tried to upsell me a £500 service hoster, which I declined in favor of a more affordable option. When requesting theme files, codes, and assets, they provided an SQL file. Despite my persistent attempts to contact them for weeks, I received no response. This has turned out to be a regrettable investment of both money and time.

Update: Following my review, Steve/Nate reached out, threatening legal action for defamation.

I would love to say I am having a fantastic experience so far. Steve is doing my website, and he has been very responsive. Very attentive to my needs and changes to my website. It is not finished but it is looking amazing and has some of my customers heads turning. I will be updating once my website is fully done.
