Jake and the Team were with me every step of the way to arrive at a great novelization of my screenplay. My deepest gratitude for their support - THANKS!

They clearly use AI even though they claim they do not. They don’t care about your story and have zero idea what it is actually about. They try to get your money anyway they can and lie. They stole $1000 from me after I was not pleased and asked for a refund since they promise a “100% refund if not satisfied.” I even had that in writing from text communications. They don’t care. They said it was already allocated to a team (that had done no work yet) and refused to issue a refund. They did say if I gave them more money they could continue the work.

Working on my books with Cloud Ghostwriting has been enjoyable, and I value their help in assisting me with the publishing process. Brian, my primary writer, collaborated extensively with me to make sure the writing was understandable and approachable while also capturing my voice.

Cloud Ghostwriting has done business under many different names with bad reviews. Contact them and be prepared to sell your info to the devil. Non stop spam text messages and emails from various ghostwriting companies.

They do not take no for an answer and I think I will have to sue them. I have asked kindly and also with a great deal of anger to LEAVE ME ALONE! But they do not pay attention. Do not give them a dime. The reviews are all fake. They disappear and then pop up as another company with a fake address and fake reviews. RUN AWAY!

I first contacted Jacob at Cloud Ghostwriting in late July of 2024. As a first time author, I had so many questions! Jacob was beyond kind and so very knowledgeable. He addressed all my concerns and inspired confidence and hope. My story may be different from fellow aspiring authors. I chose to wait and pen the entire novel on my own. A roughly 350 page book took me a year to write on my own before contacting the amazing team at Cloud Ghostwriting. I'm so glad I did! Horrible service. Never give your phone number to them. I told them month ago to stop msging me and they still do it, today again My phone numbers, it seems was also leaked to other services, and I get spam msgs all the time. I'm thinking to get my lawyer involved to get them off my back...

Going through my journey with cancer I knew I wanted to draft a book. We reached out to Cloud Ghostwriting to assist with this project. I have to say it was the best decision ever made. It was a pleasure to join forces with such trustworthy, skilled, meticulous, and devoted group of people who are looking out for your best interests. Jake, my project manager, understood my medical condition and was always so patient with me. He along with the writing team worked around my tedious treatment schedule, and never moved to the next chapter until I was completely happy and gave the ok to proceed. I never felt pushed. Where to start!

Why would a company NOT want to meet its potential customers in person?

It's one thing if you're ordering McDonald's through DoorDash. It's not necessary for the burger flipper to meet the hungry customer, and the price loss in time and intellectual property is either minimal or non-existent, but that's not true when ordering a writing product!

Ideas, concepts, and content including those not used in any edited versions of a manuscript can all be stolen, highjacked, readapted, and otherwise be infringed upon at the cost of $1000's.

But, hey! There's no need to meet those that could potentially be the thieves one is trying to protect themselves from, BECAUSE THEY SAID YOU CAN TRUST THEM!

I wonder if anyone hears what they are saying, or sees what they are actually forcing on others to accept!?

And, a questionnaire to get all of the relevant information, including the author's voice? Is that a joke? You'll get YES/NO responses, and a list of sentence answers that you'll then include verbatim in the written product? That's not capturing an author's voice. That's faux pretense of capturing voice using a bait and switch!

e.g.

Questionnaire:
"Describe the protagonist."

Answer:
"She's tall. Beautiful. Dark hair. Hazel eyes. Naturally tanned skin."

Cloud Ghostwriting Product:
"In walks a tall, beautiful, dark hair, and hazel eyed woman with naturally tanned skin."

OH PLEASE!

Cloud Ghostwriting: "It is capturing the author's voice, because that's what the author wrote when answering the questionnaire question."

WRONG!

Because MY VOICE would have broken up that description over several visits to the protagonist!

And, what about editing? The quality of that can be ascertained in glimpses by attempting to read the plethora of misspellings, wrong word choices, and grammatical errors in the distance discussions!

How can someone hope to be purchasing a quality written product, when the emails and texts discussing said collaborations appear to be written by 1st graders?

Or worse, written by non-native English speakers, writers, and cultured persons, even if they are using AI. "Yes! It matters, because language and cultures are intertwined. One CANNOT go forward without the other! EVER!", as any first year language student can attest.
