I can say excellent service … couple of days I have used these service and they very prompt and came on time and delivered the product with in 24 hours … it’s with in the budget and I recommend this packers and mover service

Everything went wrong after initial estimate, they dint tell us every small item they will number and charge 1200 rs for that... so they mismanaged packing 100 rs items they picked qnd numbered separately like small baby chair smallnstand small door mat...and then made whooping bill around double then the estimate...
We were shocked kept requesting but smartly they gave final bill after pcking goods from home. when we said this is abnormal and so painful we can remove few meqningles stuff then they said it's already left for Delhi...
Worn out pillows dusting clothes they packed and charged massive amounts...while never said we will charge for it...
We wrote mails to head office of our discomfort and pain then they said pay the bill or we will start taking storage charges ...we were stuck...initial 45000 estimate they ended up taking whooping amount around 80000...never budged from what they made bill..howsoever we said...we were not told...we are not stupid thtvwe will send old worn out door mat worth nothing for 2000 rs transportation charges. But they didn't budge...

Very very bad experience...

Worst ever experience - these guys don't know anything about packing and moving nor the relative services, worst ever experience, they don't have any own teams and work with third parties who don't even know again anything about what they do. please do not go by all they say, it's only till they get the order, they change the color once the order is awarded to them. They don't have tracking or anything, and the things, vehicles will never reach you in time, you will be just in the lurch till it comes and some third party from nowhere calls you and informs, it took 22 days for me when it was supposed to be taking only max to max 10 days as per initial order time confirmation, and they will not take your call, will threaten you, keep you at ransom, will completely disregard you and keep you at their mercy, torment you mentally. Cars and vehicles will be used personally by them and damaged and handed over fully dirty and with so much damage and they will again demand money. please stay away from these so-called cloud packers and movers, as their name says - they are not on the earth they only exist in the cloud ....

This packers and movers company is a complete disaster! First off, they didn't give me any receipt or confirmation. I had to hunt them down for it. They promised delivery in 7 days but took 15! The staff? Totally rude and arrogant, even threatening not to deliver my stuff because I held back 20% of the payment to make sure my belongings arrived safely. And when they finally did deliver, several of my kitchen items and household goods were damaged thanks to their pathetic packaging. This is the absolute worst service I've ever dealt with. Don't be fooled by the fake positive reviews online. Avoid this company at all costs! And I bet they'll come up with some fake or pathetic response to this review too.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Cloud Packers and Movers. They promised delivery within 8 days from Balasore to Baramati, but it took a frustrating 16 days for my packages to arrive. There is no customer support unit to address queries, and their executives are unresponsive to calls. Once you hand over the packages, they neither respond nor provide updates about the status of the package. The delay caused significant distress, and I felt helpless. When I contacted them through email, they claimed the long distance was the reason for the delay. The service was terrible. They charged for doorstep delivery but didn't pay the courier partner, resulting in extra charges upon delivery. Their rates are too high for such poor service. I strongly advise reconsidering before choosing this company. A direct courier service might be better, as they at least offer dedicated customer support and transparency.

We shifted our goods from Visakhapatnam to Chennai.Mr Rafi and team did a great work.The packing team arrived at our location at the given time slot and the packing /arranging was very professional. Driver -Prakash , Executive - Siva and Shankar were reachable when ever we called them for updates. I would recommend Cloud Packers and Movers to my family and friends . It's worth paying them. None of my goods were damaged .We are impressed with their service and 100% satisfied.

I was getting transferred from Hyderabad to Bhubaneswar. The service manager, Tapan, is very proffesional & is always reachable. Their packing is the best. But there is no real time tracking facility. The whole team needs to be responsible & should pick up our call & give some updates about our items. They simply ignore the call. But I would like to appreciate Tapan for giving us a good service. He was constantly in touch with other staffs. Thanks Tapan.

Don't encourage this packers. Very worst experience. Till paying full payment they where very professional and started showing the true face once paid the amount. The driver was asking me to support on manpower to unload where I have paid unloading charges also during booking.

If you do any esclation they treat us beggers, wrost service ever from chennai
They don't have proper contact with others states in Mumbai they suffered to give me proper service

Cloud Packers and Movers used high quality packing material to packed my delicate items. Their team was highly Professional in packing, loading and unloading of your goods. I impressed with their services.
My suggestion to them- please provide transport truck choices.

I booked Cloud Packers and Movers for my relocation from Jamnagar to Hyderabad, and it was the worst decision of my life. Not only did they mess up the entire process, but they also displayed utter incompetence and complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

The nightmare began when they wrongly tagged one of my cartons and replaced it with someone else's. It's appalling that they couldn't even manage the basic task of labeling correctly. And to add insult to injury, they haven't bothered to resolve this issue even after more than a month! Imagine the frustration of not knowing what happened to your belongings and having no resolution in sight.

Their excuse? "We can't open and check every box at the time of delivery." Well, maybe you should start considering it because clearly, your current system is a complete failure. All we do is count the number of boxes we've sent, and they expect us to trust them blindly with our precious possessions.

To make matters worse, they had the audacity to demand full payment upfront before delivery. Foolishly, I complied, thinking I was dealing with a reputable company. Little did I know, I was handing over my hard-earned money to a bunch of crooks who have no intention of delivering on their promises.

In the beginning, they kept giving me false hopes, asking for time extensions to resolve the issue with the replaced box. But now? They've conveniently disappeared off the face of the earth, not picking up any of my calls or bothering to respond to my emails. It's as if they've taken my money and vanished into thin air, leaving me high and dry.

Save yourself the headache and never, ever trust Cloud Packers and Movers with your belongings. They are nothing but a bunch of incompetent, dishonest scammers who will ruin your relocation experience beyond repair. Steer clear of them at all costs unless you enjoy being cheated and left in limbo with your belongings in someone else's hands.

Very good packers and movers with affordable price. Packaging is of high quality and delivered from bbs-bangalore with a very short time. Mr Balmiki Pattanaik and team did a great job.

It has been nice experience with Cloud Packers and Movers, on both occasions I engaged them. Sachindra Roul has done exceptional work in timely mobilising the things with continuous follow-ups in between and ensured everything go smooth.
