If you’re using the Recharge, you can adjust the height and firmness by removing (or adding) filling. If you’d like, tell us whether you sleep on your side, back, or stomach and we’ll suggest a setup to try. And if it still isn’t the right fit, you’re of course covered by our trial/return period.

Scam dont buy!
Absolute terrible pillow well made but hard as several bricks. Remove the firm insert and then no support. Tried the returns process but system just hung and now says return already requested but hasn't generated email with instructions, Support just repeat return instructions and now not responding. Obviously the free returns is just a scam.
Reference Cloudpillo reply unsurprisingly they have not responded to my further attempt to contact them which further confirms to me the return process is a deliberate scam. Buyer beware!

I received the pillow about 10 days…
I received the pillow about 10 days later than was advertised. My primary problem is that once I had to collect (as they skipped home delivery) the box was covered in an oily and very sticky substance. The last thing you want when receiving “quality bedding” is a first impression like this. I don’t know what happened but this stuff on the outer box took me quite a while to clean from my hands. The shirt I was wearing touched it as well and is being dry cleaned as we speak to hopefully get it off.
I’m not sure if this happened during transport or at their factory. Either way, very disappointing and if it’s to blame on the postal service I would recommend them to think about alternatives asap.
My review on the actual pillow will follow whilst it’s airing out for a couple days..

Receiving a package in that condition is absolutely not what you expect when ordering quality bedding, and we can imagine how frustrating it was to deal with the sticky substance and even have clothing affected.
Regarding the delivery delay and the condition of the outer box: this is something that unfortunately happens during transport and is outside of our direct control. The shipment is handled entirely by the carrier, from pickup to final delivery. That said, we do think it’s a shame to be judged as Cloudpillo on an issue that occurred with the transport partner rather than the product or our service itself. Your feedback about considering alternative carriers is noted and appreciated.
Of course, if there is anything we can do to help or if the product itself does not meet your expectations once you’ve had the chance to properly test it, you are covered by our 100-night trial and can return it free of charge. We always aim to resolve things in a fair and customer-friendly way.
Thank you for your honesty, and we hope the pillow itself gives you a better experience once it has aired out.

Super as always. We now have these pillows for everyone in our family, and we live them, as well as their pillow cases, super pleasant. I also have for myself the travel pillow, and my husband as a side sleeper use cloud pillow for side sleepers.
