Normally very good

Normally very good. I have had a misunderstanding in the past which was resolved by email. Most recent reminder email requesting payment when next delivery was due didn't happen, but I was still able to log in and order. I use royal mail for delivery as it is the most effective where I live.

A dreadful service

A dreadful service.

The company listed my home address incorrectly despite it being provided more than once. This caused two attempted deliveries to fail and my antibiotics arriving a week late.

For some medications, we place orders on a prescription basis, which means we order them as soon as payment is received.

So so good I've not had a good…

So so good I've not had a good experience with Dr franks in the last month but lately when I've orderd my latest which was 2.5mg and 5mg mounjaro I've had it sent it out within a week so at the moment I do rate a 5 I just hope they can get bk to me as ive cancelled my subscription by accident and ive asked them to put it right so I can order on a monthly subscription payments but noone is getting back to me

The one bad apple

Usually your couriers are polite ans cheery only the last delivery the driver was nether. I live on 4th floor of a four storey block of flats the driver rang the bell told me he has a delivery and said ihe would leave it in the foyer to which I tried to say no please bring it up but he didnt and it was left downstairs for me to go and get..I have been very poorly and i had to wait to get my neighbour to collect it. If that had gone missing ( which things often do ) that would of been over £200 ..as i said usually your delivery men have been exceptional, this one wasnt .
