I bought shoes and received no confirmation e mail or text. I had to e mail the company who could not find my order but then I received the item which I did not like. I asked how to return as there was no information with the package. I was told it would be costly to return so they could send the same thing and I would only have to pay shipping charges. Why would I want another when I didn’t like the product.

Do not want to give even 1 star but I have to put one star for the shoes but their service if you need help is terrible, contacted them several times and got no reply. They are not a bonafide UK company, they are Chinese. Stay away from them. To many of these people getting around now on internet.

poor quality and return policy
I ordered my orange slippers on the 14th June and was surprised they took until the 26th to arrive but the tracking stated the parcel was at Heathrow. Unfortunately the website gives the impression these are from the UK but the package on arrival had two postage stickers on it, as it had come from China. The slippers were poorly made and not worth the price paid so I decided to send them back , to the return address appearing on the package. Unit 5 Trident Way, Southall, UB2 5LF. Following several e-mails and after posting I was informed I needed to send the slippers back to Iowa or China for a refund, which I explained I no longer had the slippers.
It became clear I would not be getting any money back BUT on the 25th July I receive a package, the slippers back!

Ordered a pair of cloud slides then…
Ordered a pair of cloud slides then received a tracking reference that showed the order in China. I contacted them to find out how long it would take to deliver. It actually arrived in a bout a week but then sent the wrong size. It has now been 4 weeks since I first ordered and I keep getting a polite reply from 'Hannah' who keeps telling me they are "...looking into and will get back to me". Do NOT recommend.

They offered me a 30% refund - so gave me £18 back on a £60 order - the sliders are massive - no wants those sizes so can’t even get some money back on used sites!!! I ordered two pairs of sandals and absolutely loved them instantly so comfy. I had read not very good reviews but that was not my experience I was moving house when I was waiting for the order and it got slightly delayed because of it but I contacted them and they couldn't help enough always replied to my emails straight away and genuinely cared about me receiving the order as soon as possible. Quality of sandals is really good and they look exactly like the photos in the website. Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Total scam
Total scam. They are pretending to be in UK. Paid for expedited delivery same day despatch. Only realised it was a scam when no despatch email arrived. After further digging found out item was coming from china. If I wanted cheap imported crap I'd have bought from temu. Hopefully will manage to get money back through PayPal.
UPDATE: the company has since refunded me. However the fact remains that they charged additional money for expedited shipping knowing full well they were shipping from China and not UK. The website is deliberately misleading and implies stock is in the UK and not simply drop shopped from a Chinese supplier like temu, Shein or any of these other cheap companies.

Same as others.. ordered believing this was a UK company as UK address... ordered 2 pairs for my Grandsons, arrived after 1 Grandson went home (lives overseas) and totally the wrong sizes. Received same offer as others which I will not accept, awaiting reply now. If they won't refund my almost £48.00 hard earned pounds then I will be straight off to Trading Standards.. Order Number #C325271S. If they want to masquerade as a British company they will have to pay the price....they did not fulfil their contract, the onus is on the company...
