Horrible!
1. They say "unlimited minutes" with the expert plan but really it's only 3,000 minutes per month. If you have an outbound campaign, that's only 1 week then they charge you per minute. So it's not really unlimited because of their 'fair usage policy'. RingCentral does not have that. They are truly unlimited minutes.
2. Their auto dialer broke. It just stopped working. So I chat with tech support and they tell me it won't be fixed until one month later, March 12. HORRIBLE!
3. Their chat support is mostly bots, when you do request for a human agent, you will have to wait 2 hours or more. HORRIBLE

Great Proactive Customer support!
We started using the app about 3-weeks ago and so far we are very happy with how it goes. One big highlight is the support, which was outstanding so far. We hopped on an onboarding call with an account executive and she helped us to set up everything.

We signed up for Cloud Talk only to find out they cannot offer us an international number so we cancelled the subscription. They kept trying to charge us around 300 eur per year when we asked them to stop, they replied that they will not attempt anymore. After some time the creditors started writing to us about an outstanding invoice.
If we said that we don't want to use your service because you can't offer us what we need, stop your recurring subscriptions.
This is an awful practice of companies like yours that think they are super cool with with yearly subscriptions. Hire real people and clean up your client list.

CloudTalk were very responsive when they wanted our business. As soon as we became a customer the experience changed.
Currently, all our campaigns are down. For one week, we have tried to contact customer service. It takes them 24 hours to respond between each message, and still no resolution has been met.
It's a simple issue. We upload a lead list. Contacts are imported successfully, but out of 1,000 contacts, when we add to a campaign, only 12 pull through.
Yet on such a simple issue, we have been down for one week and we are losing revenue.
Wouldn't recommend.

I tried signing up for service online and over a month later, nothing. I emailed a bunch of sales people and Support and got a call in less than 5 minutes where the agent set me up and got me going. He did a great job.
I'd rate the experience a 5 if I didn't hear background voices and noise. There are solutions that eliminate bidirectional voice, noise and echo. In fact, my company sells them. Ping me to learn more.

I think the packages are not clear with what comes with the package and what does not, why would I pay for a number separately with the package? why does it denote credit separately for calling if certain number of minutes were already part of the package? i just dont understand this, overall the product feels scammy.

So far so good, although probably too early to give a helpful review. Things I like: Seems to have all the features I need (CRM integration, Numbers from different countries etc.) Things I was less impressed with: Customer support (I had a clear question on pricing and was directed to review the pricing page. Would have preferred an agent take 2 minutes to help me work out pricing for my specific use case. They directed me to the chatbot on the site which never responded). Also, didn't like getting the request for review immediately after signing up.
