Many thanks to Omar for his excellent support and outstanding service.

At first, my experience with CloudTalk was rather negative due to some issues I encountered. However, everything completely changed thanks to Omar, the Account Executive.

Omar took the time to listen carefully and truly understand my needs, then proposed solutions that were well adapted to my situation. One major advantage is that he speaks multiple languages, which made the entire process much easier and smoother, without any misunderstandings.

His professionalism, patience, and clear communication genuinely reassured me. He successfully changed my opinion from negative to positive, answered all my questions, and gave me the confidence to move forward.

Thanks to his support, I subscribed to a plan and signed the contract with CloudTalk.

Fast customer service, but new issues almost every day

Update: I am experiencing issues almost daily, first I cant receive inbounds, next my calls cut off after 25 seconds, then i cant unenroll specific contacts from campaigns (still not fixed 10 days after I brought up the issue). Every day there is something new...

Smooth setup + great call quality

Difficult to understand and get support

I needed a phone number for my business, I did the purchase order but I wasn’t aware of hidden costs that even in a meeting I had with a sales representative they told me that included and at the time of payment it didn’t include. The support was terrible I had to wait a day to speak with a customer service other than AI, I decided to avoid to use this services

Smooth and easy to set up

Clean and easy-to-use interface and affordable prices (the fact you can go with as low as 1 user makes all the difference for us at this points).

The onboarding process was simple. The only thing to be improved in my opinion is the verification process so you can immediately purchase the paid plans.

I have no idea how much I paid.
Sadly the company did not include the payment amount on the checkout screen. It feels scammy to me. The pricing feels purposely confusing.

My first impressions of CloudTalk have…

My first impressions of CloudTalk have been very positive. Setup was straightforward, and I was able to install it quickly and start making calls almost immediately. The interface feels intuitive and the overall onboarding experience is smooth, which is exactly what you want when rolling out a calling tool.
The only area where I ran into some friction was importing contacts to automate outbound calling. That said, I suspect this may have been related to using the trial version rather than the full product.
Beyond that, everything worked as expected. Call costs are competitive, allowing you to make a high volume of calls without burning through credit too quickly, and the monthly pricing feels reasonable for the value provided. Overall, a solid solution if you need a reliable, cost-effective calling platform.
