At first, my experience with CloudTalk was rather negative due to some issues I encountered. However, everything completely changed thanks to Omar, the Account Executive.

Update: I am experiencing issues almost daily, first I cant receive inbounds, next my calls cut off after 25 seconds, then i cant unenroll specific contacts from campaigns (still not fixed 10 days after I brought up the issue). Every day there is something new...

I needed a phone number for my business, I did the purchase order but I wasn’t aware of hidden costs that even in a meeting I had with a sales representative they told me that included and at the time of payment it didn’t include. The support was terrible I had to wait a day to speak with a customer service other than AI, I decided to avoid to use this services

Clean and easy-to-use interface and affordable prices (the fact you can go with as low as 1 user makes all the difference for us at this points).
The onboarding process was simple. The only thing to be improved in my opinion is the verification process so you can immediately purchase the paid plans.

I have no idea how much I paid.
Sadly the company did not include the payment amount on the checkout screen. It feels scammy to me. The pricing feels purposely confusing.

The interface feels intuitive and the overall onboarding experience is smooth, which is exactly what you want when rolling out a calling tool.
The only area where I ran into some friction was importing contacts to automate outbound calling. That said, I suspect this may have been related to using the trial version rather than the full product.
Beyond that, everything worked as expected. Call costs are competitive, allowing you to make a high volume of calls without burning through credit too quickly, and the monthly pricing feels reasonable for the value provided. Overall, a solid solution if you need a reliable, cost-effective calling platform.
