The team at Cloudvisor always responded fast and with great help. Either for account management stuff, but also for technical services. So far it's been a pleasure working with them.

Exceptional support for AWS security and AI integration essential…

Cloudvisor has been an essential partner in getting my social network project off the ground.

From the very beginning, they helped us implement industry best practices to ensure our platform is secure and scalable.
Beyond just the initial setup, they were instrumental in helping us integrate AI features into our project.

What impressed me most was their speed—they worked quickly to match our aggressive timeline without ever compromising on quality.

If you're looking for a team that truly understands the AWS ecosystem and moves at the speed of your business, I highly recommend Cloudvisor.

Prepared and responsive professionals always ready to help.

We started our collaboration with them a couple of years ago. The migration was smooth thanks to the preparation material and briefings we had together. Since then, we everything worked well and recently they introduced us to another valuable partner. The team is responsive, prepared and helpful. For us it's definitely a success story and I can confidently recommend Cloudvisor.

Unprofessional Handling and Lack of Client Perspective

I was genuinely excited to work with Cloudvisor, even though I noticed some potential issues upfront.
For example,
- there was no contract,
- no SLA provided, and
- no cybersecurity credentials shared. (For example we are Cyber Essentials Plus accredited company)

When giving access to something as critical as an AWS Organisation, these are essential points for trust, yet they were not addressed.

What went wrong for me? I had an existing AWS Organisation with child accounts that needed to be removed in order to join their system, but I couldn’t. Based on their advice, I tried multiple ways, but the guidance I received was not reassuring.

During a call with one of their Customer Success Managers, he repeatedly instructed me to do certain steps and consult AWS documentation, but he never checked whether I fully understood what was required. Sensitive business systems and code run on AWS, and trust is crucial in these situations. Despite failed attempts, the manager insisted I follow instructions blindly. Eventually, he left the call, saying he “had enough.”

Afterwards, I was accused by the Head of Customer Success of being uncooperative and unprofessional. He never asked for my side of the story, instead judging the situation based solely on reports from his team.
He seemed more focused on defending the company’s position than understanding the client’s perspective. I had apologised during the call if I caused any frustration, but this was never acknowledged.

From this experience, I learned that AWS, while customer-centric in principle, may associate with service providers who do not fully consider client perspectives before making accusations. It was disappointing to see a client framed as dishonest when the issue could have been resolved through constructive communication.

Overall, this situation is not just about a disagreement—it is about a basic principle: any professional interaction requires understanding both sides before making judgments. Unfortunately, this did not happen in my case, and it reflects poorly on trust-building and professional conduct.

Update to reflect on the response:

Thank you for your response. I want to clarify a few points to ensure a fair understanding of the situation.

I followed your team's recommendations carefully and contacted AWS multiple times exactly as suggested. If this is now being described as “non-cooperation,” then we clearly have a different understanding of what cooperation means. At no point did I refuse to act or disengage from the proposed steps.

Regarding the call: while perceptions of tone or frustration may differ, abruptly leaving a customer call because a team member “had enough” is not acceptable professional conduct in a customer support context. I did apologise to your team for any frustration that may have been expressed during the conversation. If that apology is being denied or dismissed, that is unfortunate. At the same time, no apology or acknowledgement was offered for the way the call was concluded by Viktor.

Before serious accusations such as unprofessional behaviour or dishonesty are made, it is essential to consider how the situation was experienced by all parties. Focusing solely on one internal narrative while dismissing the customer’s perspective undermines the possibility of constructive resolution and trust-building.

Threatening me over a Trustpilot review, rather than working to turn a negative experience into a positive one, is beyond my understanding. You had a real opportunity to resolve this constructively; choosing an ultimatum instead was a missed opportunity for your team.

While we will not be moving forward together, my goal is to ensure these situations are avoided for other companies in the future. There is clearly room for improvement in how these transitions are managed—that isn’t a personal critique, but a factual observation based on this experience.

Reply from Cloudvisor

Dear Ferenc,

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we regret to hear this.

By signing up for our services, you agreed to our Terms of Service, which act as the contract. Your engagement was for our AWS reseller (consolidated billing) service. SLAs, cybersecurity credentials, and core AWS infrastructure are provided by Amazon Web Services, not Cloudvisor.

The guidance our team provided reflected AWS technical requirements and limitations. Our onboarding process has successfully supported over 2,000 customers under the same conditions.

It is also important to note that during the call, the conversation became inappropriate toward our team. Our colleague ended the call to maintain a professional environment. Cloudvisor does not tolerate abuse, and that is why the interaction concluded.

Cloudvisor values constructive communication and we always strive to work collaboratively with our clients. We regret that this situation did not meet your expectations and that the interaction became frustrating. We remain open to dialogue and hope to support you in a professional and constructive manner.

Reliable AWS support with strong technical depth

I’ve had a very positive experience working with Cloudvisor. They supported us on AWS infrastructure and GPU-based workloads, and the technical guidance was practical, clear, and grounded in real-world experience.

I’d particularly like to acknowledge Julius Gregorauskas, the CEO of Cloudvisor. Despite his role, he was directly involved, extremely kind, and genuinely helpful. He took time to understand our challenges in detail, offered thoughtful guidance, and was always approachable. That level of hands-on leadership made a real difference and built a lot of trust.

Overall, Cloudvisor felt more like a technical partner than a typical consultancy. Communication was clear, expectations were realistic, and the support helped us move forward efficiently while avoiding unnecessary cost. I would be happy to work with them again and would confidently recommend Cloudvisor to startups and scaleups looking for reliable AWS expertise.

Cloudvisor successfully guided us to…

Cloudvisor successfully guided us to obtaining $25k AWS credits.

We applied the first time and were initially rejected. Our account manager then hopped on a video call with us and took us through what we needed to do to improve our application and on the second attempt we were granted the credits.

Thank you Cloudvisor.
