They have recently done 2 jobs for us and although I wasn’t there when the first job was done, I am very happy with the results. I was there for the 2nd job done today and I must admit how prompt, tidy, helpful and efficient the 2 guys were and also very sociable. Very happy to recommend this company for replacement ‘ blown’ glass panels. They also give an amazing 25year guarantee against them ‘blowing’ again. Very reasonably priced too.

I will start by saying the windows are amazing and the fitters where beyond great. But we had an awful experience and I would highly recommend that you find a better supplier.
At first there was no complaints someone come round to measure the glass and he was perfectly nice, I watched him measure every window (an important thing to note as the company has the audacity to claim we made a mistake later on) and he send the quote over.
Before I confirmed the booking I noticed they had missed off a window. They booked for someone to come and measure, but they didn’t showed up. This was rebooked, again they didn’t show up!! On the third attempt someone came out and the window was measured. Maybe I was too soft to keep giving them chances.
The job was booked, but when they arrived we discovered that two windows were measured incorrectly!! Meaning they had to come back and install these two the following week.
Maybe one mistake could be forgiven but we saw a pattern of unprofessional behaviour and poor customer service.
The worst part was when my wife phoned after the incorrectly measured windows arrived, not only did they flat out refuse compensation they had the audacity to claim it was our fault the first window was missed off the order!!!
Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!

It was easy to arrange an appointment. They came to measure up and later fit quickly. The window looks good as new.

The work was done in accordance with the pre-visit instructions and no hidden extras. Team were on time and did the tasks with minimal disruption. Replacement of a window hinge and servicing of 2 external doors.
I have used Cloudy2Clear several times and would call on them again.

How can you improve on perfection.
I was shown curtesy, respect for property. Good, clean expert fitting of windows. Its lovely looking out of clear, shiny, mist free windows. The price was amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to promote the work of Cloudy2Clear. Well done lads

THEY WERE EXCELLET. THEY RANG BEFORE THEY ARRIVED ,THEY ARRIVED EARLY; THEY KNEW WHERE THEY WERE GIOING AS i AM DISABLED AND COULD NOT MOVE TO SHOW THEM. A
THEY WERE ,efficient, fast, polite ,helpful tidy,clean and at the end even wheeled me in my wheel chair I could see what they had done.
A joy to have them working in theh ouse.

Excellent from start to finish, at modest cost. Both the young man who called to measure up, and his colleague who fitted a window unit and new handles to a French window, were efficient and friendly, and the job was completed very quickly. Full marks!

Having finally decided to replace a double glazed window which had failed and was all misted up, I was anxious about finding a reliable, cost effective company that could do it. I found Cloudy2Clear in my town’s local magazine which comes free through the letter box.
I contacted the company by phone to arrange for someone to have a look at the problem. From the minute I made contact to the day the window was actually replaced, I cannot fault the service I received. All the staff I dealt with was very friendly, courteous and efficient. They really know their products and they also explained very clearly the whole process for the replacement. They offered options for the type of glass replacement, one being slightly more expensive but they were not ‘pushy’ at all in trying to sell the latter. The installation was on time and I was kept informed by the installers when they would arrived. The replacement was very straight forward and quickly done with no mess whatsoever. I paid for the work at the price that had been quoted to me. All in all, I received perfect service and I would not hesistate to recommend this company.

The end result is great - clear windows. However, I was not comfortable with the sales process, Tom visited to provide a quote, I explained that I would like to discuss with my husband, however, very subtle but I felt under pressure, I agreed to one of the three windows at the time and was offered a discount if I agreed to go ahead with the other two.
I did go ahead with the other two, however, the discount was not reflected on the invoice.
This was queried by the fitters (who were excellent), Tom rang and asked to speak with me - could I remind him of our conversation, apparently he meets with lots of customers and does not remember names/faces/windows etc - not really what I wanted to hear, from an allegedly family business.
