Very pleasant person fitted windows cleaned up after fitting

From our initial contact right through to fitting, this is a company that many others could learn lessons from.
We needed five windows replacing and both the front and rear doors needed attention along with another window which was being a pain to close.
The initial visit involved measuring the windows and the quote, we were listened to, not patronised or oversold and it was all very friendly and quick, good price too. The second visit, within two weeks, was the fitting and other work, all finished and tidied away in about an hour or so.
In this day and age a truly pleasurable experience and I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

The team arrived right before I had to go out for the school run, but they were amazing and did the job (one big window and a new handle) within minutes! Very impressed. We had someone come round for a quote and they were very quick, friendly and professional. They made sure to give the perfect date for the fitment also.
On the day of the fitment they called to inform us they were on their way and when they arrived were again fast, friendly and professional. Every aspect was quick and easy. I believe the price may be a little high for the panels we replaced, but I had already ear-marked the money for this so was happy that the quote was under what I had put aside.
It might be cheaper to source the panels yourself, but if you don't want the hassle I would still highly recommend Cloudy 2 Clear.

Everything as promised - and the door is perfect for our hall. Everyone pleased to have it in place.

The initial check and follow up works were all completed on time and as agreed. The team were friendly and explained the works as they progressed. The price was as agreed with no hidden extras. They seem like a good company and I would call them again if I need further work.

Came at the end of June, The guy was friendly and polite, got on with taking the measurements of the sealed units needed replacing. Quoted me within 5 minutes of completing his measurements.

Much cheaper than I was expecting and it took about 5 minutes to process my order and he even gave me a fitting date before leaving.

Fast Forward to today (15/7/26) The fitter turned up 20 minutes earlier than expected and got straight on with the job. Again a very Friendly lad who done a great job and took my payment, he explained the 25 year guarantee and claims process before he left.

From start to finish I found the whole process easy and would not hesitate to recommend the Cloudy2Clear team to anyone, when I need more of the older units replaced I’ll definitely be giving them a call.

I had the glass replaced for one window.It was very quick very little mess cleaned up afterwards and cleaned the window to. Pleasant chap that did the work.1 did think it was expensive for 1 window but probably no more than anyone else would charge.Would definitely use again though

not especially cheap ..but I didn't bother shopping around as just wanted it done quick, which is what I got!

He was a friendly young man,professional,and respectful of our home,he took his shoes off while he was inside the house. Definetely use this company again.
Price was fare and we are having them back to do 2 further windows. My windows look great, I can see my garden now😀

Great service

The measuring up and fitting was excellent done professionaly and in a timely manor. Invoice received 10/06/2027 chased 11/06/2027 by text for payment less than 24hrs later give me a chance to get to the bank at least.

The windows were fitted efficiently by two pleasant guys. They replaced everything back where it belonged, and left it clean and tidy
