I'll pile on with everyone else. This company just disappeared without notice leaving the users high and dry. The owner is Callum Marshall. I suggest you watch for that name in your future purchases.
Still no feedback its been over 10 days no no reply no emails nothing they simply dont care !
Clouveo managed previous outages and they came back. But the latest one at 15 Nov 2021, I think they deadpooled. What makes me angry is that they could have sold the business to some other company or inform their users before shutting down suddenly. There are more than 500 websites hosted in their UK shared location and they simply vanished one day. No reply to support tickets. No reply to tweets or FB messages. Simply deadpooled by putting 500+ websites in risk.
Not at all recommended.
UPDATE:
Just to let everyone know the total downtime was 4 FULL DAYS. The entire duration of the downtime NO explanation was offered at all by Clouveo.
Support was unresponsive often taking half a day between replies. They also do not know how to provide helpful information. You'd think slow responses would mean meaningful updates, but NO. It was all false promises, refusing to answer questions as to why the service went down and being very vague regarding the actual status of the restoration process.
This host was also caught faking their server status page, listing 1 server as 4 different servers. They all suspiciously went down at the same exact time and suffered through exactly the same amount of downtime, of course up until the matter was brought up publicly. The 3 'other servers' which were supposedly located in the Netherlands miraculously went back UP, leaving the original affected server located in the UK listed as "DOWN" for an additional day, give or take.
I got all my files and left for another host the moment the service went up. I also got a refund via paypal by filing a dispute, recommend all those who were affected to do the same ASAP.
I recommend all to stay away from this host. Unprofessional, rude, overall a shady operation.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Around 15:30 UTC-4 - got a notification from my own uptime monitor that all sites went down. I contacted the host over 6 hours after I got this notification. Host responded almost 10 HOURS after my message to them.
Now the sites have been down for over 24 hours now, my customers are mad, I have no explanation for them because this host has not offered any explanation at all to what's happening. Only that they are trying to fix the issue and that's it. No ETA for the resolution of the downtime. Says he can provide backups but can't provide an ETA to generation of said backups. I asked for the ETA of backups and he responded with this:
"I've already told you we can provide them, but you're going to have to wait. We have a few more pressing issues to resolve first before turning our attention away."
Rude, unprofessional.
This service works when it works. However when things go south this host does not have the capacity to handle it. Stay far away from Clouveo if you value your business.
Clouveo feel free to respond to this. You can't deny your incompetence and ineptitude in handling this major outage.

I've been using Clouveo since November 2020 for a VPS. So far everything has been very fast and very reliable. Support from Callum has been excellent. They are very good value for money and I can't fault them at all.

I used their VPS for setting up my personal VPN server which I need for port forwarding in a MMO. So I was literally observing their network quality continuously while in-game. The network was pretty inconsistent in terms of speed as per my observation and the latency (ping times) to game servers suffered a lot. I verified this by installing and running speedtest which confirmed my observation of the network speed. The disk I/O was not good either for a raid based SSD setup (as measured by 3rd party benchmarking tools). Not that it mattered to me since I was using it for VPN only but thought of mentioning it since it may matter to those who are using web hosting and other disk I/O based applications.
Overall their offered configurations are pretty competitive in the price range but the quality of service needs improvement.

I've been with Clouveo for a while now, and I am so happy I made the switch. I had been with my previous provider for five years and things were great but the support was non existent and slow. I moved to Clouveo as a colleague recommended them and they have answered all my tickets with minimal fuss. I'm very happy here.

I use clouveo about two weeks now and I am very happy with the server and customer service at all.
My server is running absolutely stable, network speed and peering is great. What can I say...I got an instant answer on my question via ticket.
My server is located in amsterdam.
