We use Clovertec as our IT support at work and I wouldn't be without them. Computer software and cloud based systems are confusing, but Clovertec are always just a call away. The advisors are lovely, and never make me feel stupid when I'm have a technical 'moment'.

I needed my new laptop connecting to the work computer and this was done efficiently and quickly and in a friendly and helpful manner

Spoke to Dom today regarding a couple of issues on my work laptop. He was incredibly helpful, got both issues fixed and kept me up to date throughout. Always very impressed with the service through Clovertec!

We are a small business with 30 full time employees and several part time workers. We operate out of three sites and have a few home workers.

I.T. is incredibly important to us because most of our services revolve around software packages. Part of our services are also delivered paperless.

We constantly re-evaluate our partners, especially I.T. because we have a good level of spend on this.

We have been partnered with Clovertec for several years now and although some cheaper offerings we have no intention and see no point moving.

They have taken time to learn our business and understand our systems above and beyond ordinary Microsoft products. The team is also very personable, and you genuinely feel like they care, know you and understand the system. We don’t have to spend hours talking to them about the issues simply because they know our systems so well they understand the issues quicker.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Clovertec provide a speedy and knowledgeable service; quick to fix network issues, ensuring that any disruption is minimal.

Very happy with the service provided by Clovertec since switching our IT support over to them in January 2018. They did an excellent job of seamlessly moving us over from our previous supplier and I've not had reason to question their performance once since then. The engineers are highly knowledgeable and very personable and the management do a great job of pushing projects forward and ensuring the customers are well taken care off. After years of working with an ineffective, unmotivated partner it makes me wish I'd made the change much sooner! Well done all concerned.

We have been working with Clovertec for just over a year now, after I came to the conclusion that I needed access to a trusted partner with the personal touch - a partner that could be the first point of call whenever we encountered issues or opportunities we couldn't deal with as a small in-house IT dept.

Clovertec have met or exceeded my expectations in this respect so it was a no-brainer to trust them with more aspects of our systems when we needed additional support. I value the fact that the staff I deal with, even in the first instance, are trained and experienced 2nd or 3rd line engineers, allowing me to get straight to the point, straight away, and will be understood from the off.

They have simply done what they said they were going to do, and are always easy to contact, both in terms of Support Requests, or when I need to "talk through" an idea/problem that we may need help with. For this alone, I would recommend Clovertec to anyone.

Still impressed 3 years on after our office collapsed one Saturday morning and both Charlie and George came out on site to ensure we were BAU asap. They even housed all of us in their boardroom on the Monday to ensure that we could work. Excellent! That's called over and above!

It's rare and in almost 30 years of working with IT companies, Clovertec is one of only two companies I have found prepared to invest the time and energy in achieving this. Such a friendly team, each time I need help with my computer somebody gets back to me straight away. Every ticket I have logged has been solved very quickly. Great service, always on hand ready to help.
