Bad shipping experience
Bought a Christmas gift weeks ago and still haven't received my package... Even though I live in the EU and it should be a very straightforward shipping... Also, the tracking of my package isn't very detailed nor helpful

We’re really sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the shipping experience, especially during the holiday season, when everyone is excited to receive their gift.
Just to clarify, your order was placed on December 13th over the weekend and was shipped on December 16th, within two business days. From that moment on, the delivery is handled by the postal service. As the package is travelling from the Netherlands to Barcelona during the busiest time of the year, delays can unfortunately occur.
