Campus Life & Style DO NOT RENT FROM THEM
Campus Life & Style: This company is a terrible and does not care one bit about their customers or tenants.
They are sending us late notices and threats for rent that we paid. We pay 2 weeks in advance every month. Their accountant input the wrong amount months ago. Anyone can make a mistake, but this company, Campus Life & Style at clsliving.com, claims they cannot fix it. They are blaming it on Entrata Property Management Software. They expect me to "trust them" that we won't be reported to credit bureaus despite aggressive email warnings.
Not a single person takes responsibility for anything at Campus Life & Style clsliving.com. I have spoken with Jason and Adam at the local complex and Maria at the corporate office. Maria actually claimed they do not have a legal department when I asked to be connected.
The apartment is disgusting as well. Do not rent from these people.
