Club Blazers Reviews 

Have used them over many years for our rugby club's blazers, but have been unable to get replies from my email enquiries over recent weeks. Our normal contact is Andrew, via Sales, based in Thailand/Hong Kong. Has anyone else had similar problems, or better still, have a new email for them?

We ordered for an old man's rugby tour involving no playing of rugby whatsoever, but we needed to look the part. Having already had a Club Blazer previously, I was given the task of completing the order. The hardest bit was sorting my own team out. The instructions on how to measure for your blazer were concise and our team to get the order put together with minimal fuss. I changed the order several times in the months moving towards the tour. We went from 20 blazers to 33 in total. Club-Blazers dealt with my forever changing requirements. True to their word the blazers arrived in time for the tour, despite the many doubters on my team. The blazers themselves are excellent. Our club has set a benchmark for membership, with the blazer being required for subsequent trips with the club Alumni Group. You can only get a blazer if you tour....
My only criticism was that of communication, a bit more would have been helpful, but to be honest, we got all our blazer, they fit and are excellent quality!

The tailored fit and minute detailing on the blazer was astonishing for the price. We changed our order multiple times and honestly made it difficult for these suppliers but it was never a problem. couldn't be happier with the outcome of the blazers, we have over 50 ordered and there wasn't a single problem. we will definitely be back next year for another order when we have new members join. Thanks for your email, you had already given me a roundabout price for 6 blazers of £103 per Blazer. I only asked you to give me a final quote for those 6 which included the vat and postage.
My other concern is the inability to have quick direct contact with your company. You advertise a UK phone number that I've rung four times to speak to someone direct, but it's never been answered and I've left messages on it requesting a call back, I've also sent many emails to your company. Three weeks later I'm still waiting for responses from both calls and emails, then today you send me your email.
Surely you can see why I left the review. The lack of customer service and responses were leading me to think that if I used your company and paid for the blazers, what happens if something goes wrong? .
The situation you have created for yourself, is with a lack of response to emails and a phone number that nobody answer's or returns calls from. The other phone number that is on your website (WhatsApp) number is not a UK number and for some reason won't connect.
What more evidence do you need to see why I left the review you referred to.
