Both children ordered something, and very strangely, neither order was received. They sent a strange email with the following information;There is an exception in the delivery of your order.
The exception may be due to the following reasons: abnormal situations such as package return, package loss, customs clearance failure, etc.
We recommend you get in touch with the courier company of your parcel ASAP to retrieve your order. Looking at the track and trace tell’s me that the order is back to the sender. Reply on the e-mail or support… you don't hear anything. I've tried various ways to contact them, but I haven't heard anything. So our advice: definitely don't order from them! It feels like a scam.
Trying to contact you regarding the sizing being wrong, both messages have been sent back saying the messages can’t be delivered. No other way to contact the company. I now have 2 shirts that are to big.
