Great Drink, Awful Service

The website doesn't work too well, and there's no way to contact them about this; shopping rarely loads correctly and doesn't support the payment methods it claims to.

Shipping is restricted to an expensively mediocre courier service, with no alternatives, who are prone to delays and impossible to contact.

However, you will get your drinks, eventually, and they are genuine! Shame to have such a nice drink be handled so incompetently from end to end of the customer 'experience'.

Great company!

Great company, no trust pilot reviews yet, which I was searching for before ordering. So here we go :) Very happy to find Club Mate for a reasonable price in the UK! Easy to navigate website, and shipping was fast too with constant updates. Came well packaged in a Club Mate box. Thank you! Will be ordering again.
