I’ve been using Club 1 Hotels for a bit now, and it’s been a solid choice for booking my trips. The site is easy to navigate, which helps a lot when you’re trying to sort out where to stay. Their prices are competitive, which is always a plus. What I appreciate most is their customer service; they’re there when you need them, ready to help with any booking issues or questions.

Wow - I had found a Tesla car for 3 weeks for only around £700 for the whole period - and no electricity charge added. Actually less than £700 as it was paid with a discounted Club1 voucher.

Now reduced the stars as they landed up as a Ponzi scheme. Too god to be true.

I recently booked my NY hotel and car rental. I search all the travel sites for the best offers. In the end Club One was the only real and trusted option. It was the only site with the availability and price was more than reasonable for a last minute decision.

Club 1 Hotels provides great values and a smooth booking experience. Their gift cards are an exceptional value and easy to keep track of in the user's account. I always check them first when planning a trip!

I made a reservation and selected to use my available points to reduce the cost. However, after checkout my credit card was charged the full amount. So I immediately canceled that reservation as it was fully refundable and made a second reservation using my points. Again, my credit card was charged the full amount. This wasn't user error as we had just made a booking under my husband's account using points without issue. So I reached out to customer service and asked them to fix it, to take my points and refund the amount to my credit card. They said the did this. However, they somehow attached it to the first reservation, which was already canceled and fully refundable in the first place. This was over a month ago. For weeks I have been reaching out to customer service and never get a reply to emails or online support message requests. I have tried calling but can never actually talk to someone. One time I got someone to respond to the text message option. This person was snide about the amount I was due and assured me it would be handled in 48 hours. That was 11 days ago. However, I still haven't received the refund and no one will respond to further messages.

i was so happy to find club one we stayed in CDA around Christmas time and were pleasantly surprised on value and cleanliness. easy check in

I'm so glad I found Club 1 Hotels! I have been booking through them for 3 years now and have never had a problem. They offer excellent discounts and have a variety of options. I even save when I book last minute! I will continue to do all my bookings through Club 1 because the savings are
amazing! Also, customer service is excellent!

Easy to use app, great deral in there

Club1 has been a great service for booking all types of hotels, including major chains, at discounted rates. Of the many bookings, I’ve only encountered one scenario where the hotel I booked did not have my reservation and ended up being sold out. When i contacted customer support Club1 worked to remedy the situation quickly and found a comparable hotel nearby. Only suggestion for improvement is their booking platform - it’s a little clunky from a UI experience but that’s about it!

Always a great experience with Club 1 Hotels

We have booked two vacations through club 1 so far. The discounts made their nightly price lower than any i found elsewhere. They even have a number to text for customer service and a real person responds straight away. Looking forward to booking all our travel through Club 1!
