This store is a scam!

This store is a scam. Their website shows they’re located in the US but when you track your order, it shows the reason it takes so long is it comes from China. That is not a problem, but nowhere do they allude to the fact that the packages will be shipped internationally and have to be shipped back internationally if there are refunds.We ordered three dresses and when they came not only did they look nothing like the pictures, the material was cheap. Their website says there are retards and refunds, but they don’t give you any information so I had to email customer service to find out how to return everything and they tried to give me a partial refund of 20% than 40% if I would just keep everything. When I finally explained that I would not be keeping it because I would just be wasted, buddy, I found out I had to ship everything back to China. I’ve never been this disappointed in an online store.

Marked as delivered

Marked as delivered, but the carrier didn’t deliver it. I’m 100% positive of it. I contacted them for more information and they said they would get back to me but it’s been almost a month now they clearly do not care about customer service or making sure you get what you ordered.

i ordered a couple weeks ago and have been tracking it and it still just said the information was received and theres no way to cancel the order im very mad 😡
