10 days and no order updates

Ordered a set of two boxes of mate to ship to a Spanish friend in advance of a festival. I could have shipped crates from the UK but it seemed smarter to find a local club-mate vendor.

It has been 10 days and while the order has been accepted promptly, nothing has happened. It is likely these will now arrive too late to be of use, if they ever arrive at all.

What the hell? (updated)

What the hell? I made my order on the 23rd of December 2023 (17(!!) days ago) and I still have not seen or heard anything from you. I do appreciate you reaching out with this survey though.

I find the whole experience thus far rather disappointing. I mean, I understand there are holidays in between, but then at least say it's going to take a bit longer; then I know what to expect. It still says 'Tu pedido está confirmado'.

Update Monday 22 January 2024 - After the review, we have been in contact on getting the matter resolved. Last Wednesday (17 January 2024) I received my order. Thank you for making it happen. I will try again in the future.
