The Clubmed despises its customers

We go to the club at least 4 times a year for over 20 years.
On the 9/1 we booked a stay with an agency,
on 11/1 prices drop by 10% or 700 eur
We had not been warned
No compensation or commercial gesture

Clubmed despises its customers, even the most loyal

I want to share my terrible experience…

I want to share my terrible experience with Club Med AUS and warn everyone to avoid booking with this company forever. I had to cancel my booking due to medical conditions and submitted a doctor's certificate that stated I was not able to fly. I did this 8 days before the booking, hoping that I would receive some sympathy and understanding from the customer team. However, what I got was a series of disappointments and frustrations.
Firstly, there was no response from Club Med, so I had to email and call them to follow up. Then, I was shocked to learn that they would not refund my money and could not even offer me credits. Instead, they asked me to sign a form to agree to pay the cancellation fee, which was the total amount of expense charged for claiming from their insurance. This was totally unfair and unreasonable, given my genuine medical condition.
To make things worse, the customer team was not only unsympathetic but also disrespectful. They treated me like a criminal who was trying to cheat them, rather than a customer who needed help. They showed no empathy, no compassion, and no professionalism. I felt deeply offended and hurt by their attitude.
In summary, Club Med is a company that cares more about its own profit than its customers' well-being. They do not respect their customers' rights, do not honor their promises, and do not show any human decency. I urge everyone to avoid booking with this company and to spread the word about their unethical practices. No one deserves to be treated like this.
