I attend the Vinings location. Firstly, the booking system is completely deranged. I'm always on a wait list and sometimes they clear me less than 12 hours in advance but I have to give a 12 hour no... See more

Club Pilates Rohnert Park
Club Pilates Rohnert Park. So far, after 20 classes, I have found 3 top notch instuctors. Karin, Laurie and Ashley. The others I tried gave unclear instructions and I repeatedly had to ask for clarity. One instructer actually sat on a machine at the far end of the room as an example, but I could not see her from my location. She also gave the instructions once, sometimes while walking away from me towards the back of the room so I could not hear. Ridiculous. We need verbal clear communication. They should be talking nonstop explaing all body part positions. The head. The hands. The back. The shoulders.Etc. In addition substitute positions for any injuries or limitations should also be communicated as part of the verbal instructions, and they are not. The equipment is really good and clean. Update: I just took a class with another good instructor. If you go, try and book with Karin or Laurie is also a good instructor. The instructors are getting better. Ashley gave great instructions today. I would definitely take a class with her again. I've now taken 20 classes. The 1.5 class is getting harder. Which is good. No class is ever the same, so it keeps it interesting. My balance and strength have definitely improved.

Buyers Beware had no idea that the sales associate was putting me into a contract. Sales associate basically did a bait and switch pitch. I was told l was signing to authorize monthly payments. When l tried to cancel that's when l found out l signed a contract. The contract and cancelation requirements are awful read it before signing. This club is a hit or miss with the instructors. I started Pilates at this club 10 months ago at first it was good instructors especially Jen! Who is no longer there and a lot of availability as far as class times now you can barely get in at convenient times which does not guarantee you a spot each week and most of the good instructors are gone. I got in on a promotion l paid 159 per month for 8 classes regular cost 199. It is no longer worth it for mediocre classes and you may not get a spot but you still have to pay no matter what or you just lose your credits. I am now forced to attend this club pretty much 45 more days due to the the cancelation policy!!! I will never recommend this club to anyone. As you can see other reviewers have had issues with the contract it is ludicrous and it is not good business practices. The manager Karrie is unprofessional will not verbally explain this confusing contract to me and some of the instructors do not instruct they talk for 30 minutes out of an hour that you pay for! They never answer the phone. This has been the worse experience BeWare.

Disappointing experience
My experience at Club Pilates Berry Farms has been nothing short of disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my frustration with others considering joining. Despite paying a quite expensive monthly fee, the policies of this establishment feel more like a scam designed to squeeze out every penny from its members.
First and foremost, their rigid punctuality policy is absurd. Walking in a mere five minutes late to a class should not result in being barred from participating, especially considering the ongoing monthly payments. It's unfair and unreasonable to penalize members for minor tardiness, especially when unforeseen circumstances can easily cause delays.
Adding insult to injury, their cancellation policy is equally exasperating. Charging an additional $10 for canceling a class with less than 12 hours' notice is outrageous. Life is unpredictable, and expecting members to always adhere to such a narrow window is impractical. Whether it's an unexpected work obligation or a family emergency, members shouldn't be financially penalized for circumstances beyond their control.
Despite these glaring issues, I must commend Nicole and Teresa, two of the Pilates instructors, for their exceptional work. Despite the club's flawed policies, Nicole and Teresa consistently made me feel welcomed and valued in their classes. Their genuine care for each member's well-being sets them apart, and they deserve recognition for their dedication.
In conclusion, while Nicole and Teresa's exceptional instruction is a highlight and the Pilates classes being great for anyone looking into a full-body workout, the overall experience at Club Pilates Berry Farms falls short due to its unjust policies. I have been a member at many different clubs, and I’ve never had as many problems with them as I have had with this one. I strongly advise against anyone considering joining this club until they address these fundamental issues.
Good first work out! Good luck getting in after that!
I agree with many of the overall experiences. I did the free class. It was good but I was expecting pilates without the lame workout machine thing. Then it was a 3 month sign up and you can opt out in a 30 day notice in person. When I asked (after the free class) questions from the instructor about how to work the machine, how to do progression workouts, and how do you know when to move up, I was I formed that I have to learn all that myself. Ok, whatever. Now my biggest disappointment was the schedule. Next to nothing unless I want to get up at 4am to work out at 5am or 7pm when my day is a wrap at that hour. I am not a young person anymore, you would think paying the money you do for 4 classes that there would be better availability and if NOT, then you should be able to carrier over but you can't. It is a scam all the way around unless you are jobless and have no life to do crappy work out hrs. They should not be taking in more people than they ha e schedules. It isn't fair and it just wastes good money. You don't get reoccurring clients. If that is their goal they are doing well with sucker's just like me out there.
In October 2023
In October 2023, I requested to freeze my account because I would be out of the country. In the email, I said that I would return in January. But I couldn’t return. Club Pilates unfreezed my account in January without my request. I returned this month and discovered that I paid for Club Pilates in January, February, March, and April.
I am not able to remove my bank account from the website to avoid another authorized payment until I do pilates for 4 months. They do not want to give me the money that Club Pilates stole from my bank account. I don’t want to do pilates. I´m feeling forced to do Pilates; this is not my plan for my life now. I don’t trust this company anymore.
I want my money back and to close my account.
Follow up Staff was rude
Staff was rude
I got a call from 6044745622 and this lady who was following up with me was very sweet and asked me about my experience. we were having a nice conversation and I was just saying that its too expensive. During the conversation she suddenly said "By the way we are not going to reduce the price for you" I never even asked in the first place I was just sharing my thoughts. I was just talking and she talked continuously and said all the words she was supposed to say like "Thank you for coming and trying our class.... etc and hung up on my even though she knew I was trying to talk. people are now using a very sweet voice and nice way of talking to make others uncomfortable...she hanging up on me was not at all polite. I attended the fleetwood branch in surrey but the phone call I got says Port Coquitlam. After this I am sure I wont bother spending 120$ for 4 classes!
Unethical sales practices, don't deliver bill of sales
I was so excited to sign up at this brand-new studio in South Pasadena. The sales person sold me on the variety of classes offered and a great schedule. However, when I looked to see the schedule online it was not published. When I asked about this I got this reply: "Open 7 days a week. We have 7 different class formats and 3 levels, which means we have something for everyone and continue to challenge you as you progress." I was very clear with the salesperson that I had been practicing pilates for 8 years and was looking for more of a challenge. She assured me they would have a class for me. I quit my previous studio, got the unlimited package, and couldn't wait for them to open. The first month the only classes offered were intro classes for perspective members and level 1 classes that were so painful, I couldn't stand it. It was like being a high school student forced to repeat preschool. When I complained about the schedule, I was assured more classes would be added "in two weeks", not true. Level 1.5 was added after one month. I was never given a clear answer as to when Level 2.0 would be added, so I called around and here's what I found out from other pilates locations. All Club Pilates start with only Level 1.0 classes. They add other levels and other varieties of classes "as membership progresses" which means they add them whenever they want. The sister location to S. Pas is Pasadena. Same owners. They have been open a year, and still don't have level 2.0. When I asked to freeze my membership until they have 2.0 I was told I have to pay them $15/month to freeze, so another $180 per year in hopes they finally offer what I was actually sold on. The other option they gave me was to go 1/2 hour out of my way to the Pasadena location. So, waste my time and gas money for the great privilege of being lied to. I don't think so. So I told them I was canceling my membership, only to be told I have to pay for another month of beginner classes before I can cancel. I HIGHLY recommend for anyone to stay away from these franchises, they have unethical sales practices which they do not even try to rectify. They are ruled by a corporate group that is terrified of being sued and for whom the bottom line is all that matters. Why go here when there are so many wonderful pilates studios owned by people who cherish their clients? You have been warned.
Long time member SCREWED
I was an unlimited member for years. I tried to pause Dec 2023. It wasnt processed. I then quit in Jan with final date Feb 9. I quit in person, via phone and in writing. I was enrolled in class Feb 10 which I was scared to show in case they questioned/charged me for going ON my billing date. I was charged a no show fee. Then charged for Feb. I didnt trust CP to delete my cc info and disputed the charge. March 26 I get a 'friendly' reminder email that my account balance is $231! That meant my monthly fee, no show fee and dispute fee were on my account. My studio manager deleted what she could and this $25 dispute fee that CP incurred is being pushed on me. WHY?!?! It's the cost of doing business. I paid CP plenty of money for 3 years of unlimited membership and maybe had 1 or 2 no shows in all that time and not on purpose. The right thing to do is eat the $25 Club Pilates. Now the company is a scam to many who know my story where they scramble for every dollar they think is theirs. Is this a HEALTH business? Dont bother with any of these chains. Their contracts only are written in their best interest
I am taking back my previous 5 star…
I am taking back my previous 5 star review. I loved my Pilates classes here, but recently was told I could not take more than one class in a single day. BEWARE - the “Unlimited” package is absolutely NOT unlimited. I feel scammed, and I after 9 months of taking classes here, I will be cancelling my membership, and looking for another place to work out. Completely disappointed. Club Pilates, you need to do better.
Be aware scam/ West Delray
I had a terrible experience with this place. I recently tried to cancel my membership, but because I missed the cancellation deadline by two days, I was informed that I needed to pay for the entire month again. The person who answered my call was rude and showed no willingness to negotiate. I advise anyone to carefully consider before signing up with them
AVOID
AVOID! Total rip-off. There aren’t enough classes to fulfil the terms of the membership agreement as the booking system blocks you from booking beyond the calendar month. This means you have to sign up for the waitlist for oversubscribed classes and they basically take your money without providing a service in return. Complain and you will be told to pay more for the overpriced top tier to access classes at other locations over an hour’s drive away. The standard of teaching ranges from ok to uninspiring to bossy gym teacher. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Beware of scam studio in Redondo Beach
Beware of scam studio in Redondo Beach. Classes always full so you are waitlisted unless it’s 5:30 am or 7:30 pm classes. That being said I was told I could cancel at anytime. So when I went to cancel as I moved and no income, they still charged me two extra months. Manager heartless & unprofessional with no one answering corporate line and voicemail always full.
frustrating & disappointing
I’ve been with CP in Wyomissing, PA since they opened, and unfortunately, the frustrating aspects outweigh the positives. I signed up last April because I was told the studio would be open in June. When the studio wasn’t ready, members were promised it would open early July. The 12-reformer studio opened in mid-August. The manager didn’t seem to have a grasp on a realistic timeline. The 2nd studio next door was supposed to open early January, and now the manager says it will open mid-February. I’ve heard various club members & instructors voice concerns over the fact that the studio has taken on more members than it can accommodate. In October, one instructor expressed that she couldn’t believe the studio already had over 400 members and was still recruiting more. Since the start, I’ve had the toughest time registering for 8 classes a month; it often takes 6+ weeks to fit in 8 classes. People who work 8 hour day shifts but don’t have commutes or can go straight from class to work can maybe make it to 5 or 6 classes on a weekday. Each class has 12 spots, and classes quickly fill up. Half of the classes will be level 1 classes and the other half will be higher level. So, while it may seem as though you have 5-6 options a weekday, depending on whether you’re a beginner or not, you’re really only looking at 2-3 options. The manager claims that the 2nd studio will help with this once it opens, but she continues to promote the studio & take on new members. While I hope the addition will help, I’m not convinced it will. Just as the manager has never had a realistic view of studio openings, I’m not sure she has realistic views regarding what the studio can accommodate. Now that Vintner’s Table is open, it is incredibly difficult to find parking before a class, and the 2nd studio hasn’t even opened yet. There’s not enough room in the studio to comfortably attempt everything the instructor has us try in the suspend/TRX class. People bump into the reformers behind them and have their range of motion restricted. One instructor told me there will be more room in the 2nd studio. What’s most important to know if you’re considering becoming a member is that if you express a desire to cancel your membership, the manager might offer to freeze your membership so that you can decide at a later date whether you want to continue or not. When she offered this to me, there was no discussion about how I would still need to hand in a written resignation 30 days in advance of being charged should I decide to cancel after the freeze. Even when you aren’t a satisfied member, you are held hostage for another month/8 classes unless you just want to throw money down the drain. If she can freeze and unfreeze your account on a dime, effectively stopping charges to your credit card at a moment’s notice, the need for a 30 day written advance notice to stop a credit card charge seems wildly excessive. The lack of clarity surrounding what would happen at the end of a freeze seemed deliberate & deceitful. And while she insists on holding members to the fine print of policies, she is unable to follow through on claims she makes to members regarding studio openings and class availability. When I recently called to cancel my membership and needed to leave a voicemail, I never heard back. I called again 6 days later to make sure someone heard my message, and the manager said that she did call me back. When I expressed my confusion, she said that she had 2 numbers on file for me. None of this made sense as I don’t have a 2nd phone number, they’ve easily contacted me before when they’ve needed to cancel classes, and it would be logical to call me back at the same number I called from. If I didn’t call back, I don’t believe I would have heard anything from them, and I wouldn’t know I’ll still be charged. A fourth of the 5 star ratings on Google so far are from staff members, and that also seems deceitful. Before signing up, I wish I would have known that CP is not BBB Accredited; as of the time of this review, their BBB Rating is listed as an F. Instead of paying $159 for 8 50 min classes a month here, you could pay $159 for an unlimited amount of 60, 75, and 90 min classes a month at Hot Yoga West Reading. The workouts are better, everyone there is incredible, and you don’t deal with a single headache.
Very unprofessional and confused staff
Very unprofessional and confused staff. I was enrolled for the first 30 minutes introductory class which they canceled on me. (Though it happens)They enrolled me again for a a week after. I attended the class on time, after waiting in line and filling their form attended to the class. There was no room for me! It seemed like the enrolled so many people for one class. They apologized and told me to schedule for next week I refused and left . Don’t spend your time.
worst experience ever
The worst customer service ever. Management is the worst it’s like talking to a robot. I never give a bad review ever but this is the worst experience I’ve had with a company.
I’ve wasted so much money and have spent almost 1k about 970 and have only been able to attend 13 classes. It’s extremely hard to book classes and you’re forced to take class times that might be inconvenient for you because you have to use up your credit before the next payment cycle and if you can’t attend your classes or if you miss your classes, they will not refund you regardless of the reason. On top of that you also have to pay a monthly fee if you want to freeze your account. Just do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Do not go to this place if you don’t want problems. It’s not worth it. If you’re looking to better yourself or your life, this is not the place to be. You’ll be more stressed. Currently filing a dispute with my cc company because they will not reverse the transaction. they charged me 240 for 8 classes even if I informed them I’m canceling and will not be able to attend the classes.
Worst Studio I Have Ever Attended
I attended a studio in Fayetteville, AR, and it was the worst experience I have ever had with studios like this. It’s extremely hard to get into classes, they are trying to get all the money out of you with all the additional charges and policies they impose on their customers. Will never return to this terrible place!
