The snoods are much smaller than their advertised sizes. L is at least 5 cm smaller. I have questioned this and their response "the sizes on our website are from end-to-end (before stitched)" BEFORE STITCHED !! who on earth makes clothing, advertising the size then makes it smaller !!

Hi Karen. Sorry you feel this way. The size is the size advertised on the website. Its standard industry sizes. When checking with you via the picture you sent next to a ruler, the size was bang on 24 cms wide (ear to ear). Which it should be, if full pre stitch size is 48 cms. The advertised size is the exact same way you measure your waist when buying trousers.
If the product feels tight, which is perfectly normal when they have never been used, simply put your arms in the tube and spin to stretch.
