Company is a scam. It's a guy that claims to make all of these swimsuits and lingerie himself, but he's simply ordering them from a generic Chinese store, puts his logo on it and ships them. you thought that was all? 😂 Nope. All of the positive reviews on trust pilot were made by his friends. You thought it was over? 😂 Nope. Customer service and quality control is horrid.

Unfortunately I have the same bad experience as others write here. I have been very patient. This is going on for almost a year now. I got a message on Instagram to promote them. I wasn’t buying it at first but the owner claimed that my code would earn my money back in no time. I got a discount code for 50% and bought an expensive piece because I believed in this company. I payed shipping costs but for some reason never got a bpost message even tough it got blamed on Bpost. And the owner delivered it personally at my home. I was Blinded by enthusiasm but then figured out that the piece was not stitched properly. Patiently I gave some notes in the hope the owner would learn from it. Promised me a second piece. It took months so I decided this time to go the owners home with his knowledge . Didn’t get greeted professionally . Took my package back, closed the door and after a while I got the other piece without any packaging dumped in my hand. Went home to fit it. Worse than the first one. Horrible stitches, didn’t fit. The owner gave empty promises about a new item. It takes months. I lose my patience, asked to get my money back. Owner promised me to pay me back a month ago. My accountant asked me to send it back with proof that the owner got the package. Still no payment back. Reading all the other reactions and another woman I talked with irl that also went through this. It feels like a scam.

I ordered 2 weeks ago and 1 week ago I’ve asked them when it would be delivered, because the status of my order was still ‘in process’. They answered me it would be delivered the next Monday or Tuesday. Now, we’re 1 week further and I didn’t receive any info regarding my order. I’ve tried to contact them by e-mail, also tried as a reaction on a TikTok they posted today, but still no response. I think they are a fraud! Now, another 2 weeks passed, promised to send me items, still no items received and again Jack of communication.

The love I get when ordering clothing from this brand is insane 🫶🤭
