The seller sent me a faulty item. Despite requesting a return label, the seller ignored my request. I ended up returning the item at my own expense. On December 10th, I received a message stating that I would get a refund within three working days. However, by December 21st, I still hadn’t received anything. I had to message the seller again about the refund, and they finally replied, claiming they tried twice but couldn’t process it, asking me not to worry and to give them more time to resolve the issue. It’s disappointing that I had to follow up to even get a response—overall, poor service.
Beware. They knowingly deceive!
I bought an IPL device from them in March 2024 because of all the 5 start reviews and the money back guarantee which read "The hair-free guarantee. Try this for 90 days. If you've still got hair to spare, we'll hook you up with a full refund, no strings attached". After using the product to the manufacturers guidelines, and absolutely no hair being removed at almost 90 days, I contacted them for a refund. To start, my email went unanswered for a month. I emailed twice more. Then I contacted them via live chat on their website and was told I would be emailed back. I was told "the real refund policy is always on the policy page" and "we are offering 14 days refund policy". On checking, this is just the standard distance selling policy and the device has to be unused! When I showed them their money back guarantee, I was told to "calm down. 99% of advertisements are not accurate". I am flabbergasted! Needless to say, I've taken this up with my credit card company to get a refund but I wanted future customers to be aware. I did check Trustpilot before I purchased but there were no reviews. So I'm starting them off!
They have also failed to show my product review on their website, so not even that is accurate.
