I work in online sales and from time to time shipping companies make mistakes with a delivery, it can be very frustrating for both the business and the customer. My order was inexplicably returned to sender by an auspost error and the guys at CMD were so helpful with clear communication and quick action to get my order to me.

Excellent communication - I had emailed to discuss international shipping and the reply was very quick, great tracking on my parcel which was being shipped internationally and the product was well packaged and in perfect condition when it arrived to me.

Delivery time was excellent. Unfortunately the gloves were not the right size. I had to guess what size I would take, as I couldn't find any sizing guide on the website when I was placing my order.

Product arrived later than expected but in a pandemic Melbourne im glad it got here within the week. Packaging was good and prevented damage in transit. Bottle is great, keeps water cold and fresh. Service was good and concise website was easy to use, 10/10 would use again.
