Amazing, I would give 10 stars if I could
As a first time buyer, buying a house was a daunting process, From meeting 1 ,Charlotte put us a ease, took control, listened to our situation, as not everyone has 50% deposit. She listened, went away and came back with several options, we was expecting 1, she has several. She set out a plan for us, some admin was needed on our part. All while following a very clear structure.
We secured our first mortgage, for our family home, and genuinly dont think it would have happened with Charlotte and her team.
If I could rate her 10 stars ,I would.
Dont waste your time going anywhere else. She loves her job, she loves taking on a challenge and was just awesome.

I honestly can’t thank Charlotte and Jessica enough for everything they’ve done! I wasn’t sure if I’d ever be able to get a mortgage, but they worked absolute wonders and managed to make it happen. Their communication has been fantastic. Charlotte’s always been extremely prompt, friendly, and happy to explain every step in a way that put me completely at ease. They’ve constantly been at the other end of the phone, reassuring me whenever I had doubts or questions.
I truly can’t fault them! So professional yet personal, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting me the best deal. I’d highly recommend Charlotte and Jessica to anyone looking for mortgage advisors who go above and beyond!
