The products are exceptional
The products are exceptional. The website is easy to use. The differentiator is that it be a much better experience if there was a way to talk to a human about product questions. The current method is to send an email and wait for a review that can take several days. Really takes away from the experience.

Apologies for the delay, our customer service team has been trying to get the order re-routed to you but it may be best to just reship this instead to make things easier. The customer service rep assigned to your ticket will be reaching out shortly with more info and tracking info. Apologies again for the mixup and thank you so much for your patience and understanding.
Have a good one!
