Do better for small business in the Corporate Office
In 2024 I wrote a five star review and recently it appears the corporate offices at CNB has change their business model because they certainly are not listening to small businesses.
This is the first banking institution that I have ever banked with that processes debit in early morning hours and the processing the credits/deposits mid morning. This practice causes overdrawn transaction fees. I have written to them numerous times as to why deposits that have settled the day before are not processed until mid morning. Each time I have received a lame excuse. The for a couple of weeks the deposits post first and then it goes right back to the same routine.
This is not a business friendly way to support small business.
