FRAUD: Fake tracking numbers & defective parts. BEWARE!

I spent €600 on a CNC Racing part that arrived with obvious defects. When I asked for a refund, the customer service (Federica) was arrogant and ignored my emails. To make matters worse, they provided a FAKE FedEx tracking number just to trick me into returning the item without a refund. I have already initiated a bank chargeback and reported them to the Italian authorities (AGCM). Do not trust this company—they are dishonest and do not stand behind their products.
