We recently returned from our WorldStrides soccer tour through Birmingham, Manchester, and Liverpool, and I felt compelled to recognize our incredible bus driver, Barry.
Simply put, Barry is the best driver we have ever had—by a wide margin. His driving skills were exceptional: smooth, safe, and confident in every situation, whether navigating busy city streets or tight stadium areas. At no point did we feel anything but completely secure in his hands.
What truly set Barry apart, though, was his personality and knowledge. He was engaging, friendly, and genuinely invested in our experience. He shared insights about the cities, local culture, and football history that added an entirely new layer to our trip. He wasn’t just a driver—he was a key part of the experience.
Barry went above and beyond every single day, always accommodating, always positive, and always professional. He connected with our group in a way that made the journey just as enjoyable as the destinations.
Honestly, I can’t imagine ever having a better driver. Barry has set the bar incredibly high—anyone who follows has a lot to live up to.
