Punctual and polite. No issues

Usually I never have a problem on day trips to Fallsview Casino, Niagara Falls, Ontario.
However, very disappointing services on the last few trips taken to Casino Rama, Orillia, Ontario The drivers requested have been changed at the last minute and even the bus is not as I suggested. The buses also have been changed at the last minute and are older buses. The DVD was not working a few times in spite of emphasizing that I need the DVD to be working properly as I show a video on the return part of the trip. Do hope this service improves. Chris from Coach Canada called me in response to my complaint and assured me he would make sure everything works well for the next trip;

We used Coach Canada for our Gr.9 Ski trip. Everything was top notch! The booking was simple, the bus arrived early for pickup & the driver was excellent. All around excellent experience, plus we had a reduced rate from one of the Coach Canada promotions.

My chorus was very pleased with our trip to Syracuse NY. The bus driver was very good and accommodating.

Driver very professional and ready to adjust driving schedule based on need.

The overall service is good. Friendly, courteous drivers that arrive on time to pick us up. I book a bus most months except the summer. It's much too expensive compared to the other months.

Excellent service from first call for a quote through to drop off after our booking. We used Coach Canada twice this year for transportation for our hockey team. Prompt, professional service all around.

I received the most courteous emails from Sue and she was very helpful. Although unfortunately I had to cancel our trip I would never hesitate to contact Coach Canada again for our future needs. You certainly need more employees like Sue.

Short response times friendly communication.

Other than the last minute disagreement with dispatch on our itinerary, (the day of our trip and approved 3hrs before departure) Which was very stressful to say the least. The trip was good. I was a little concerned about our first driver, as he seemed very tired, and I was so happy when we reached our second driver for the remainder of the trip.

Great company; very good drivers up to date equipment professional personal all around.

We changed our pick up time and it was never updated and receive call after trip for additional charges that we did not incur. Someone clearly did not do their job

I am not very happy with the bus we were given. Who decided that a group of ladies would want a hockey bus? Who thought we would be OK with this?
It's old. There is no leg room. Things are broken. It's wrapped. It's disgusting. It doesn't like stopping and starting up again.
There are a lot more things I could say, but the big one is I HAVE 35 WOMEN WHO ARE NOT VERY HAPPY.
We have been dealing with Coach Canada for over 20 years and would think that would account for something.
The only saving grace in this is Keith. He is doing what he can, but it is not easy.
I await day 3 complaints to start to roll in.
A very unhappy tired person.

PS Please remind the "powers at be" that we are in the USA, on country roads and PA speed limits are different that what they seem to think we should be travelling. There have been a few times that due to the speed restraints, we could have become a hazard on the road and could have been pulled over for going too slow. Thankfully no police were in sight; we were only given the finger,
