9 out of 10 times good service.
Living in the north end of the city, I am first to be picked up and last to be dropped. Depending on other passengers, this can add 20-45 minutes to the transfer time.
But you know that going in.
Wait at YYZ is unknown, but shouldn't be more than 1 hour.
Drivers are usually very nice and friendly.
You have to understand, it is not a private service, but shared.
For the cost, it is a very good option.

I had one occasion where the bus did not show up as booked. Other staff here have had the same issue. I had an occasion where one staff member could not confirm a booking because it was completed by another staff member. This blows me away. There must be a central booking system for Port Hope so that no matter who books a charter, it is entered in the system and everyone can see it.
The staff in Port Hope are friendly and positive and try hard to correct mistakes when they are brought to their attention.

I have been booking charters for our swim club travels with Coach Canada for 2 years and I've had a positive experience everytime. The customer service reps are courteous and knowledgeable, the busses are comfortable and clean, and the bus drivers are friendly and accommodating to our needs. Their prices are competitive too. Will continue to use Coach Canada for future team travels.

Mistake was made on my booking confirmation that could have caused a real issue at time of pickup, but I noticed the mistake and when I spoke to the representative helping me out, she made sure to fix it immediately and send a revised booking confirmation.
