Core Features Removed Mid-Subscription

We subscribed to the Business Plan after thorough testing and paid for a full year – back when Coassemble was a real AI course builder with structured screens, full content and interactivity.

Since the latest update, even 1,000+ words are turned into a series of identical slides with one sentence each. The “comprehensive” option is gone, interactive courses no longer exist.

Instead of informing users or restoring functionality, support just replies with “we don’t offer refunds.” For us, the product is unusable in its current form. We paid – and receive no value.

We’re not beta testers. We expect a working product – the one we paid for.
What we have now is a cheap slide generator that destroys the content we submit.
