Our boiler had an issue with keeping hot water going for showers etc, had been trying to resolve with Worcester Bosch with no joy, rang Coastal Heating on the Tuesday, Ben came out on the Thursday discovered what the issue was and ordered the parts after confirming price. Had a phone call Friday morning (the next day!) parts in and could fit that morning. Excellent speedy friendly service. Lady in the office very friendly and helpful too.

Friendly and helpful on the phone. Engineer collected keys and dropped them off again. Called when he said he would, turned up when he said he would, was very friendly. Got certificates and invoices next day. My life would be much easier if all contractors were this reliable.

Amazing service from coastal heating. After moving into my new home the boiler wasnt working. Ben and Sarah got me back up and running quickly without a fuss or trying to sell me things i didnt need. Ben is very knowledgable, professional and friendly. I would use them again in a heartbeat. 5 star service.

An excellent professional friendly firm from the lady in the office who phones to make the appointment to Ben an engineer who phones when he is on his way. This is a firm that puts you, the customer, first with all work carried out to a very high standard.

Our boiler broke down and Coastal Heating came out sorted out the issue. They quickly sourced a new replacement part and installed it. The engineer Ben was first class and Sarah in the office was so efficient. Everyone was so polite and I would highly recommend them. Thank you for such excellent service.

New name for the 'old' Strands company. However they have still brought forward their excellent customer services and I can thoroughly recommend them. I have been a customer for 3 years now and they have never let me down on quality of work, product or pricing. A friendly team from top to bottom. Much easier to deal with than the big multi nationals and no sales talk from the engineers trying to flog you unnecessary fittings.

Ben, the gas engineer, arrived on time, completed a full boiler service and gas safety check with minimal fuss but with good and polite humour. No mess to clear up either.
