Size was all off. Colours aren’t exact on hehe pictures. No returns available for pay back or store credit. Horrible experience

My son didn’t read return conditions, and the cardigan is little, I think that not let returns either changes is a great error, the purchase is not my son’s size and it doesn’t use. I won’t buy again.

My order is taking much longer than expected. I'm living in Spain so the arrival time should be shorter than the actual time. I'm still waiting for it and I've bought the sweatshirt january 6th.

The website doesn’t tell correctly the sizes. There are much more smaller.

bad quality and too short, I took a "L" Hoodie and it's too short for me even if i'm 170cm. This is bad to be honest, the draw in the back of the hoodie isn't even printed rightly. In my opinion, don't buy on their shop.

My package got lost and when I wanted my money back, the company found several “reasons” why they didn’t want to reimburse me the money! The entire conversation went on for several months until I gave up. Never ever again! I thought something like this only happens in movies. Sad!

My hoodie was sent in the wrong size, at first I wasn’t even allowed to return it. Now I’ve sent it back a month ago and I still haven’t got my money back!

The quality of the product was much lower than I thought and it is not possible to return it.

It it smaller than i expected. If you want it to be oversized, you have to take 2-3 sizes bigger. And for this price i expected the Quality to be a little bit better to be honest. I was a little bit sad that i couldn‘t return it and get another size.

They say the brand is Spanish but it’s made in China, delivery took 25 days

I made the order as a Christmas gif, the delivery was 1 month late, furthermore the sizes were wrong, I would not repeat again.

I love the designs but not the quality, too expensive.. not worth it.

The hoodie I ordered is sadly not the same color and form I expected… it’s not fitting well and the material doesn’t seem to be the best.

Gutted ordered for my daughters 21st a medium which should be over sized it isn’t. Size came up three sizes too small and no way to return what a waste of money
