Brilliant company and great customer support
Have received my order of 2 vaultx binders. Had to make contact with customer services and well what can I say, absolutely amazing customer service. The speed in which they replied and dealt with my issue was brilliant. In no time at all it was sorted. I can also say that the binders were well packaged and delivered quickly. Go team coasties. Fab experience from start to finish. Would give more stars if possible.

Don't give money to a store that has no respect for you and doesn't respond once they have your money
Never delivered on a product for over 5 months.
No responses to e-mails or discord posts (would just get deleted). No response to support tickets on discord.
EVENTUALLY, an email apologising and explaining how they'd refund me.
After everything, I'd expect a quick refund, but over 1.5 weeks and no. Funny how they're ready to take everyone's money instantly from their bank account, but can't refund for days on end.
Don't buy from them and if you look at the reviews, the person's right. Repeated users are rating it 5 stars on the same day on separate occasions.
Joke of a store.
(Update - they returned the money the next business day after my bank had notified them that they owed it to me. Disgrace that I had to get my bank involved )
Second Order from Coasties
Second Order from Coasties. A few One Piece booster packs. Smaller order than when I purchased some Riftbound bits here, but again, a good experience. Arrived quickly via tracked mail and extremely well packaged.
Absolute scam
Absolute scam, has had my money over 2 months for a pre order - zero communication have sent 5 emails. I will now have to wait longer as these have been reported to my bank and Asmode.
Worst store ever.
Ordered a couple of Riftbound boxes. No communication. No updates. Created 3 tickets. They say they try to get back in 24 hrs. Weeks later, still nothing.
I ordered months and months ago. Currently, there are no boxes available, and I'm unable to play the game.
So at the moment, they have mine and everyone else's money and are using it to order products to sell. Where are the customers' rights?
How is that not scamming? On Discord, they are running raffles and all sorts, yet can't provide updates. Taken people's money and not delivered. No doubt using the money to pay bills and buy products.
Remember, it takes literally 20 seconds to write a message, which would only have to be done once a week. That's clearly too much for them.
(PS - look at their reviews. After getting bad reviews, they suddenly have a bunch of positive reviews all on the same dates (26th June & 13th November). Positive reviews by the same people on exactly the same dates as each other. VERY suspect)
Scam. Not a place to pre-order or shop from.
Like many other new reviewers i was also scammed by Coasties Collectibles.
I pre-ordered 8 riftbound booster boxes on August 4th that were finally cancelled on November 21st after struggling to get into contact with them.
Coasties was never a vendor for any riftbound product and you can confirm for yourself on the official vendor site. I'm not allowed to link it in the review but it's on the uvsgames domain just google for riftbound store locators.
They made up a story about them only getting half of their supply, but that's a lie because they shipped 0/8 of my booster boxes. They are taking loans out from people on products they know they can't secure.
You can see they've done this to a lot of people on lots of product sorting by new reviews here. Any negative reviews or messages are deleted in the Discord. I'm assuming the positive reviews are themselves honestly.
If this happened to you you're legally entitled to 8% interest at a bear minimum, but be careful because i've been screwed on fraudulent pre-order stores like this closing up shop altogether. As another reviewer pointed out the person that own's this business has had 2 businesses shut down since 2022, a big red flag. As of right now i have not received a full refund.
Terrible
I ordered a Riftbound booster pack and to this day I haven’t received anything. They don’t reply to emails, the website chat is useless, and there’s zero way to get any help. The whole thing feels like a complete scam. Stay far away from this place.

Incompetent or a malicious scam
I pre-ordered riftbound from Coasties a few months ago and was expecting it to ship on the release date. The date came and went and I had heard nothing from them, no shipping email or update.
I emailed their support a few days after asking for an update and was told I would receive a tracking number by the end of the day. I did not receive anything and since then they have not responded to any attempts to contact them.
To add to this I can no longer see my order on their site when I try track it so I assume they have deleted/cancelled it without informing me or offering a refund.
As of writing this review it seems the only thing I can do is request a chargeback and report them to Shopify, Trading Standards and any other relevant parties.
It seems based on mine and other experiences they have a habit of not fulfilling orders and hoping that the customer will not notice due to the lack of communication from them so they can essentially rob you.
Do not trust Coasties Collectibles with your money.
Update: After over a week of trying every way I could find to get in contact and probably being a pain in the ass I didn't get an explanation as to what happened but my order was finally shipped. Packaging was great and the product was in good condition but overall I still cannot recommend Coasties Collectibles due to lack of contact/updates and that I am unsure I would have got my order and they'd still have my money if I had not been persistent with trying to contact them.

These guys have not learnt their lesson since my last review.
I ordered a tin from them on August 16th. This was due to come with another tin they were graciously taking a fiver off as a previous apology for not doing a great job. The other tin arrived but this one did not. Everybody slow clap because they got 1/2 items out to me. This was due in September according to them but they've moved the goal post all the way to now and this week I saw a message from their team saying they hadn't sent them out the day they were supposed to because of birthday celebrations?
Honestly I don't care if it was your birthday Jordan. I've been told to look at announcements for my complaints on getting this item refunded but at the minute it looks like either my tin or my money is being held hostage.
The only reason this company is still afloat is because of the parasocial relationship they have with their verified buyers. Numerous ETBs were cancelled for non verified and shipped to their verified. As a verified buyer myself I could see people asking about their cancelled order in the regular chat with coasties confirming that orders were on there way in verified. Any criticism against coasties will not be tolerated by their cult.
I see reviews below stating that coasties are scammers but I don't think so, I believe they're just grossly incompetent. So with the "rebrand" or "remodel" underway for coasties I offer some advice. Rebrand to a 9-5 office job as you clearly aren't cut out to run a business.
Edit: Was recently banned for criticising them and they have now asked their cult like horde to spam good reviews in the trust pilot. Don't trust them, they are not worth the hassle.

Pre ordeed a Pokemon TCG booster from them months ago, only to realise now the order was cancelled, which is fine, but they never refunded me, nor did they ever inform me it was cancelled, I only found out by trying to track the package, I did reach out to their support, never had a reply after weeks, in the end I had to dispute the payment with my bank, thankfully my bank won the dispute even though they challenged it to try and steal my money, but would NOT trust these people, literal scammers.
Scammers, do not order here.
Scammers. Just take your money, cancel your order without telling you, and do not give your money back and they dont respond to ANY emails. Had to do a chargeback with my bank just to get my money back. Dont order.
18 days and a refund still hasn't been initiated
I paid for two separate orders on the 28th and 29th of July. One was cancelled without any notification sent. I only found out about that cancellation when the second order was cancelled days before release.
I feel this needs stressing:
I'm not the only customer to be denied a cancellation notification. Shopify's UI always defaults to sending an email notification when an order is cancelled and there's no way to change the default behaviour. The store owner had to purposefully uncheck the notification flag to silence each cancellation every time. This doesn't happen accidentally and seems clearly intended to delay refunds and chargebacks.
Both cancellations were flagged falsely as being at the customer's request. Presumably he oversold or had no intention to sell. The lack of explanation or communication is also incredibly unprofessional.
I repeatedly followed up in an attempt to get a response. He finally responded in discord with "Let me check this out now". Seventy hours passed with no further communication and no response to pings requesting follow ups. Today he closed the support ticket without any comment. It feels like I'm dealing with a child.
His actions absolutely seem fraudulent, and he definitely has zero respect for other people's time and money.
A Concerning Pattern of Misconduct
This company has demonstrated behaviour that raises serious consumer protection and regulatory concerns.
In my own case:
* Payment was taken late July.
* The transaction was cancelled days before the scheduled release, without any refund being issued.
* There was a false assertion that the cancellation had been made at the customer’s request.
* Multiple attempts to contact the business have been ignored, despite the owner remaining active on public platforms such as Discord.
* A chargeback was necessary in an attempt to recover the funds.
Falsely claiming that customers have cancelled their purchases to avoid supplying goods may amount to fraud by false representation under Section 2 of the Fraud Act 2006.
The continued lack of communication from the owner suggests there may have been no genuine intention to supply the goods - conduct which could similarly fall within the scope of the Fraud Act 2006.
Based on my own experience and the reviews of others, the owner appears to be engaging in persistent breaches of consumer protection legislation. Persistent and deliberate non-compliance of this nature constitutes a criminal offence and warrants investigation by the relevant enforcement authorities.
Public records available through Companies House show that the owner has previously dissolved two other companies since 2022. It is reasonable to question whether this latest entity, Coasties Collectibles Ltd, will follow the same pattern.
A pattern of deliberately taking money without supplying goods, misrepresenting how transactions are cancelled, persistently breaching consumer law, and continually dissolving companies could also indicate underlying HMRC compliance failures.
I strongly advise affected customers to submit formal complaints through the concerned operating and regulatory channels:
* Asmodee
* Shopify
* Trading Standards (via Citizens Advice)
* HMRC
This is the most effective way to prevent further consumer exploitation.
TrustPilot's policies permit users to post one review every 24 hours for the same company. I would encourage affected consumers who are seeking a response, explanation, or refund, to make use of this facility to document their experience and request accountability.
Avoid at all costs , a scam company
What an awful company, held my money for over a month on a pre order for mega evolutions. Got a pre order confirmation email and everything. 2 days for dispatch should’ve occurred they sent me an email saying that I requested to cancel my order. I sent them an email asking why they have cancelled my order when I haven’t even contacted them. Also stating logic at why would I cancel a pre order right before the due date when I paid this money in advance? They have straight up ignored me. It begs the question as they would’ve known stock levels at the time of preorder. Also why and what did they with money while the held on to it for over a month. I would 100% avoid this company as a bit of research and this has not been the first time they’ve done this to customers!
